The aim of the project is to intensify the cooperation of the Faculty of Neophilology of the University of Warsaw with the economic environment in Poznań and its surroundings in the field of strengthening practical elements of training in the form of an internship for at least 95 students/years of WN UAM. The internship covers 150h of apprenticeships carried out by each participant on the premises of the enterprises-participants of the project. Thanks to this project, students will be convinced of the sensibility and measurability of their intellectual effort invested in the study, the results of which will be able to check during the internship and, if necessary, expand, deepen and strengthen by means of practical tasks assigned to them.The completed internships should increase the chance of WN graduates to find a job. This project will also contribute to the attractiveness of studies at WN UAM, as it will strengthen contacts on the university axis – the economic environment. This intention is a permanent assumption of the Ministry of Science, which is reflected in the inclusion of the program of non-pedagogic apprenticeships in the program of most fields of study. The increased attractiveness of WN’s teaching offer ensures intensive cooperation with employers and adaptation of this offer to the needs of the market, which in turn will result in increased development potential of the UAM. Thanks to their contacts with the broadly understood economic environment, students will also have the opportunity to learn about basic concepts and principles in the field of professional ethics, protection of industrial property and copyright, as well as becoming familiar with ethical issues related to responsibility for the reliability of the tasks performed and the importance of respecting intellectual property.The project directly promotes the idea of entrepreneurship among the young generation, whose distinctive feature is courage in decision-making, creativity, spontaneity, a new perspective on reality, which is not yet so embedded in the arrangement of conventions. Celem projektu jest zintensyfikowanie wspólpracy Wydziału Neofilologii UAM z otoczeniem gospodarczym w Poznaniu i okolicach w zakresie wzmocnienia praktycznych elementów kształcenia w postaci stażu dla min. 95 studentów/ek WN UAM. Staż obejmuje 150h praktyk, odbytych przez każdego uczestnika na terenie przedsiębiorstw-uczestników projektu. Dzięki realizacji tego projektu studenci nabędą przeświadczenia o sensowności i wymierności swojego zainwestowanego w studia wysiłku intelektualnego, którego efekty będą mogli sprawdzić podczas stażu, a w razie potrzeby poszerzyć, pogłębić i wzmocnić za pomocą przydzielonych im praktycznych zadań. Odbyte staże powinny zwiększyć szansę absolwentów WN na znalezienie pracy. Projekt ten przyczyni się także do zwiększenia atrakcyjności studiów na WN UAM, ponieważ dzięki niemu wzmocnią się kontakty na osi uczelnia wyższa - otoczenie gospodarcze. To zamierzenie jest trwałym założeniem MNiSW, czego wyrazem jest wpisanie programu niepedagogicznych praktyk zawodowych w program większości kierunków studiów. Zwiększoną atrakcyjność oferty dydaktycznej WN gwarantuje intensywna współpraca WN z pracodawcami i dostosowanie tejże oferty do potrzeb rynku, co z kolei skutkować będzie wzmożonym potencjałem rozwojowym UAM. Dzięki kontaktom z szeroko rozumianym otoczeniem gospodarczym studenci będą mieć także możliwość poznania podstawowych pojęć i zasad z zakresu etyki zawodowej, ochrony własności przemysłowej i prawa autorskiego, a także zaznajomić się z problematyką etyczną związaną z odpowiedzialnością za rzetelność wykonywanych zadań oraz wagę poszanowania własności intelektualnej. Projekt propaguje w sposób bezpośredni ideę przedsiębiorczości wśród młodego pokolenia, którego cechą dystyktywną jest odwaga w podejmowania decyzji, kreatywność, spontaniczność, nowe spojrzenie na rzeczywistość, które nie jest jeszcze tak bardzo osadzone w układ konwenansów.
