The aim of the project is to increase the professional competences of students of recent years of courses: Zoophysiotherapy (I° full-time studies) and Zootechnika (I°,II° full-time studies) WHiBZ UTP through the implementation of high-quality internship programmes. The traineeships will be carried out in two areas for Zoofiziotherapists (animal rehabilitation centres and equestrians, veterinary treatments) andZootechnics(the range of animals feed companies and related to breeding).The participants will be internships directly before the planned entry into the labour market (KD5).The duration of training will cover the period from 1.01.2018 to 31.12.2019r(2 years)(KD4). Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych studentów ostatnich roczników kierunków: Zoofizjoterapia (I° studiów stacjonarnych) i Zootechnika (I°,II° studiów stacjonarnych) WHiBZ UTP poprzez realizację wysokiej jakości programów stażowych. Staże realizowane będą w dwóch obszarach dla Zoofizjoterapeutów(ośrodkirehabilitacji zwierząt i jeździeckie,lecznice weterynaryjne)iZootechników(fermy zwierząt firmy paszowe izwiązane z rozrodem).Uczestnicy projektu będą odbywali staże tuż przed planowanym wejściem na rynek pracy(KD5).Czas realizacji staży obejmie okres od 1.01.2018 do 31.12.2019r.(2 lata)(KD4).Wymiar stażu wynosić będzie 120 godzin(nie mniej niż 20 godzin zadań stażowych w tygodniu),co gwarantuje pozyskanie przez stażystę odpowiedniego doświadczenia zawodowego(KD6).Zakres przedmiotowy staży będzie bezpośrednio związany z efektami kształcenia na kierunkach Zoofizjoterapia i Zootechnika, ale będą to nowe,odrębne elementy,nie wynikające bezpośrednio ze ścieżki kształcenia na danym kierunku (KD10). Na staż kierowanych będzie 90 studentów Zoofizjoterapii i31 Zootechniki,co stanowi ponad 30% studentów kształcących się nakażdym z tych kierunków w danym roczniku(KD11).Średni koszt na jednego uczestnika wynosić będzie 7 673,26PLN (KD7).W celu zapewnienia wysokiej jakości programów stażowych planowany jest stały monitoring staży zgodnie z zaleceniami zawartymi w Zaleceniu Rady nr 2014/C88/01 (KD13).Zadania zaplanowane w ramach projektu przyczynią się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego PO WER, jakim jest podniesienie kompetencji osób uczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa, czyli pozyskania wysokiej klasy specjalistów posiadających nie tylko wiedzę zdobytą w toku studiów, ale również umiejętności praktyczne z zakresu odpowiednio: fizjoterapii zwierząt (istotne znaczenie ze względu na rosnące zapotrzebowanie na usługi zoofizjoterapeutyczne w Polsce) iprodukcji zwierzęcej.
