The aim of the project is to implement high-quality internship programmes in the framework of raising competences, participants of full-time studies in the first and second degree in the field of Material Engineering (IM) carried out at WM PK (crit. NO, NO, NO. 1, 2, 3), responding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society. PK has an assessment of the differentiation of the PKA for the directions of architecture (crit. PREM.3). The project is dedicated primarily to people with no professional experience. It will cover at least 30 % of each year provided for in the Kier. IM. (KD11). The project assumes equal management and equal proportion of the participation of the student by gender (K and M), as well as access to internships for persons with disabilities. State internships additional to the course of studies (KD9). In the project, 83 internships were provided for the country. (74 internships) and Zagreb. (9 traineeships min. 10 %, KP2) in enterprises and other institutions where they can find employment in the future. Among others, research institutes (KP2), including projects with which the university has been conducting documented cooperation for over a year (KP5). Traineeships will be directly linked to the educational outcomes foreseen for the course of the course of training and will be used in practice in the course of the internship tasks (DD10) and will comply with the Council Recommendations of the Council. 10.03.2014 on the quality of traineeships (2014/C88/01, KD12). The project provides for the own participation of entities in which traineeships will be carried out in the amount of at least 5 % of the value of actions for direct traineeships (KP6).     Projekt ma na celu realizację wysokiej jakości programów stażowych w ramach podnoszenia kompetencji, uczestniczek/ów studiów stacjonarnych I i II stopnia na kierunku Inżynieria Materiałowa (IM) realizowanego na WM PK (KRYT. DOST. 1, 2, 3), odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa. PK posiada ocenę wyrożniającą PKA na kier. architektura (KRYT. PREM.3). Proj. jest dedykowany przede wszystkim dla osób nie posiadających doświadczenia zawod. Zostanie nim objętych min. 30% każdego przewidzianego w proj. rocznika Kier. IM. (KD11). W proj. założono równościowy sposób zarzadznia oraz równie proporcje udziału stud. wg płci (K i M,) a także dostęp do staży dla osób. z niepełnospr. Staże stanową działania dodatkowe w stosunku do toku studiów (KD9). W proj. zostały przewidziane 83 staże kraj. (74 staże) i zagr. (9 staży min. 10 %, KP2) w przedsięb. oraz innych instytucjach, w których mogą znaleźć w przyszłości zatrudnienie stud. IM m.in. instytuty badawcze (KP2), w tym w przedsięb. z którymi uczelnia prowadzi udokumentowaną współpracę od ponad roku (KP5). Staże będą powiązane bezpośrednio z efektami kształcenia przewidzianymi dla kierunku i będą one praktycznie wykorzystywane w toku zadań realizowanych na stażu (KD10) oraz będą zgodne z Zaleceniami Rady z dn. 10.03.2014 w sprawie jakości staży (2014/C88/01, KD12). W ramach proj. został przewidziany udział własny podmiotów w których będą realizowane staże w wys. min. 5% wartości działań dot. bezpośrednio stażu (KP6). Całość projektu została przewidziana na 2 lata (KD2). Wszystkie staże w proj. zostały przewidziane na okres 3 msc. i w wymiarze min. 120 godz. w msc. (KD5; KP1).  KRYT.
