The subject of the project is the purchase of a set of equipment for specialised car repair, which is a screw compressor and a dryer for compressor. The new screw compressor will result in the car repair service gaining quality, worker comfort and safety and cleanliness in the plant. The degree of air compression required for car repairs will be to the appropriate extent and intensity in relation to the specific damage. The compressor ensures reliability in any situation and low operating costs.The dryer is part of the compressor, is designed to dry compressed air and remove residual water and oil. Results: the Applicant’s compressor uses air purification filters that are not efficient enough and do not clean air from exhaust gases or unfavourable oils that get inside during its operation. The newer, on the other hand, filters the air and provides only the clean air necessary for repair, without adverse compounds. Unlike piston compressors, the screw compressor does not lose power when fed to terminal devices (the loss of power in the case of pistons is about 50 %), which means that twice as many screw compressor devices with the same power and capacity as the piston compressor can be connected. In addition, we do not produce waste in the form of contaminated water absorbed by filters, which should then be disposed of. The higher efficiency of the compressor itself also affects the service life of the terminal equipment (drills, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.) thanks to which we achieve the effect of reducing the material intensity of production.     Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup zestawu urządzeń do specjalistycznej naprawy samochodów, jakim jest kompresor śrubowy oraz osuszacz do sprężarki. Nowy kompresor śrubowy spowoduje, że usługa naprawy samochodu zyska na jakości, zwiększy się komfort pracy pracowników oraz bezpieczeństwo i czystośc w zakładzie. Stopień sprężenia powietrza koniecznego do napraw samochodowych będzie w odpowiednim stopniu i intensywności w odniesieniu do konkretnego uszkodzenia. Sprężarka zapewnia niezawodność w każdej sytuacji i niskie koszty eksploatacji.Osuszacz jest częścią kompresora, ma za zadanie osuszyć sprężone powietrze i usunąć resztki wody i oleju. Rezultaty: posiadany przez Wnioskodawcę kompresor wykorzystuje do swojej pracy filtry oczyszczające powietrze, które są za mało efektywne i nie oczyszczają powietrza ze spalin jak i niekorzystnych olejów, które dostają się do środka podczas jego działania. Nowsza natomiast filtruje powietrze i podaje tylko czyste powietrze konieczne do naprawy, bez niekorzystnych związków. W odróżnieniu od sprężaki tłokowej, sprężarka śrubowa nie traci mocy podczas podawania jej do urządzeń końcowych (utrata mocy w przypadku tłokowej wynosi około 50%)oznacza to możliwość podpięcia dwukrotnie większej ilości urządzeń do sprężarki śrubowej o tej samej mocy i pojemności co tłokowa. Dodatkowo nie produkujemy odpadów w postaci zanieczyszczonej wody wchłanianej przez filtry, która następnie należy utylizować. Większa efektywność samej sprężarki wpływa również na żywotność urządzeń końcowych (wiertarek, wkrętarek, młotków itp.) Dzięki czemu uzyskujemy efekt zmniejszenia materiałochłonności produkcji. Zakres rzeczowy: zakup kompresora śróbowego wraz z instalacją i montażem oraz osuszacza do sprężarki,. wszystkie parametry techniczne urządzeń opisane są w części dotyczącej rejestru wydatków. odbiorcy projektu: właściciel oraz pracownicy firmy, którzy bezpośrednio pracują na urządzeniach korzystających ze sprężonego powietrza.
