The aim of the project is to increase the competence of 196 students of the last and the penultimate sem.studiów stationary I and II- stp Faculty of Environmental Engineering PK (PK WWI) through the implementation of a high-quality professional internship programme. This objective will be achieved by carrying out the task envisaged by the project: 1) all traineeships lasting 3 months (360 hours. internships performed by each student) (KP1). The project’s internship programmes take into account the recommendations of the Council Recommendation on the Quality Framework for Traineeships (2014/C88/01 of the day). 10.03.2014) – (KD12). The scope of the actions provided for in the proposed project will allow students of WIŚ PK to move smoothly from education to employment, which increases the chances of young people on the labour market. Completion of a high quality traineeship will be documented by issuing certificates/references by employers individually to individual project participants. This document will constitute a real certificate of raising the existing and acquiring new competences by students of the WIŚ PK, which will be an important document for the implementation of the next stages of employment. The duration of the project is planned for 20 months. (KD4). The high quality of traineeships will be ensured by monitoring of at least: — choosing the placement place in a transparent way and guaranteeing the acquisition of new skills and experience in a new working environment for the trainee, – compatibility of the scope of the traineeship and educational objectives of traineeship, – fulfilling by internship tasks real needs for the traineeship, – appropriate working conditions and equipment of the placement placement, – real and effective role of the trainee’s custodian – summary of the results of the internship.(KD13) All internships concern areas consistent with the Regional Strategy of Innovation in the Voivodeship.     Celem projektu jest wzrost kompetencji 196 studentów ostatniego i przedostatniego sem.studiów stacjonarnych I i II-go stp Wydziału Inżynierii Środowiska PK (WIŚ PK) poprzez realizację wysokiej jakości programu stażowego zawodowego. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację zadania przewidzianego w projekcie: 1) wszystkie staże trwające 3 m-ce (360 godz. zadań stażowych wykonywanych przez każdego studenta) (KP1) . Programy stażowe w ramach projektu uwzględniają zalecenia zawarte w Zaleceniu Rady w sprawie ram jakości staży (2014/C88/01 z dn. 10.03.2014) - (KD12). Zakres działań przewidzianych we wnioskowanym projekcie umożliwi studentom WIŚ PK płynne przejście z etapu edukacji do etapu zatrudnienia, co zwiększa szanse młodych ludzi na rynku pracy. Ukończenie wysokiej jakości stażu będzie dokumentowane przez wystawienie certyfikatów/referencji przez pracodawców indywidualnie poszczególnym uczestnikom projektu. Dokument ten będzie stanowił rzeczywiste zaświadczenie o podniesieniu dotychczasowych i zdobyciu nowych kompetencji przez studentów WIŚ PK, co będzie stanowiło istotny dokument przy realizowaniu kolejnych etapów zatrudnienia. Czas trwania projektu przewidziano na 20 mies. (KD4).   Wysoką jakość staży zapewni monitoring obejmujący co najmniej: - wybór miejsca stażu w sposób przejrzysty oraz gwarantujący zdobycie nowych umiejętności i doświadczenia w nowym dla stażysty środowisku pracy, - zgodność zakresu stażu i celów dydaktycznych kształcenia stażysty, - wypełniania przez zadania stażowe realnych potrzeb przyjmującego na staż, - odpowiednie warunki pracy i wyposażenia miejsca stażu, - realnej i efektywnej roli opiekuna stażysty, - podsumowanie rezultatów stażu.(KD13)   Wszystkie staże dotyczą obszarów zgodnych z Regionalną Strategią Innowacji Województwa Małopolskiego - kierunki wpisują się wprost w regionalne inteligentne specjalizacje tj.
