The project supports 6 local government units, which are partners of the project. 4. For each self-government participating in the project, the following tasks are planned for both of the supported areas to be implemented in the competition, i.e.: — in the area of taxes and local charges, this will be: digitalisation of the tax management process, improvement of staff competence in the field of tax services, implementation of solutions improving the quality of handling of entrepreneurs; — in the area of real estate management this will be: implementation of solutions improving access to administrative services and information on utility premises and land properties, improvement of the competences of self-government staff, support of local government administration in the development of plans for the use and management of real estate resources/development of algorithm/. The point is: improvement of the provision of services important from the point of view of conducting business activity in 6 local governments of the Lublin Voivodeship until VIII 2018 by developing and implementing a coherent and procedural model of their implementation. Results: — implementation of the electronic tax management system and real estate management, – development and implementation of customer satisfaction management system, – development of effective mechanisms for cooperation and support of entrepreneurs, – elaboration of the algorithm for the cost-effectiveness of real estate, – the substantive preparation of local government employees for effective management of tax services, real estate and cooperation with entrepreneurs. Projekt wsparciem obejmuje 6 jednostek samorządu terytorialnego, które są partnerami projektu (kryt. dost. 4). Dla każdego samorządu biorącego udział w projekcie planuje się realizację następujących zadań w zakresie obu ze wspieranych obszarów przewidzianych do realizacji w ramach konkursu tj: - w obszarze podatków i opłat lokalnych będzie to: elektronizacja procesu obsługi podatkowej, doskonalenie kompetencji kadr w zakresie obsługi podatkowej, wdrożenie rozwiązań poprawiających jakosć obsługi przedsiębiorców; - w obszarze zarządzania nieruchomościami będzie to: wdrażanie rozwiązań poprawiających dostęp do usług administracyjnych oraz informacji o lokalach użytkowych i nieruchomościach gruntowych, doskonalenie kompetencji kadr samorządowych, wsparcie administracji samorządowej w zakresie opracowania planów wykorzystania i zarządzania zasobami nieruchomości/opracowanie algorytmu/. Cel gł. to: usprawnienie świadczenia usług ważnych z punktu widzenia prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej w 6 samorządach województwa lubelskiego do VIII 2018r. poprzez wypracowanie i wdrożenie spójnego i procesowego modelu ich realizacji. Rezultaty: - implementacja elektronicznego systemu obsługi podatkowej i zarządzania nieruchomościami, - opracowanie i wdrożenie systemu zarządzania satysfakcją klienta, - opracowanie skutecznych mechanizmów współpracy i wspierania przedsiębiorców, - opracowania algorytmu opłacalności nieruchomości, - przygotowanie merytoryczne pracowników samorządu do efektywnego zarządzania obsługą podatkową, nieruchomościami i współpracą z przedsiębiorcami. Gr. docelową stanowić będzie 6 samorządów z woj.lubelskiego: Urząd Miasta Świdnik, UM Opole Lubelskie, UM Nałęczów, UG Konopnica, UG Wólka, UG Gościeradów, kadra kierownicza oraz pracownicy w/w samorządów.
