The subject of the project is the introduction to the offer of Fotoporcelana.net a new innovative product in the form of glass portraits on columbaria (glass stone), i.e. glass paintings with images of the deceased, replacing commonly used stone tombstones. The new product will be made thanks to the implementation of the innovative technology of laminating glass with EVA film. Its use will be possible by extending the company’s machine park to a high-temperature glass laminating vacuum furnace, which enables the image to be connected to glass in a sustainable and safe manner (so-called safe glass). The above-mentioned technologies have not been used on the Polish market to produce glass plates on columbaria (implementation of technology known and not yet used in Poland for this purpose, i.e. for the production of glass columbus). As part of the project, in addition to the above-mentioned vacuum furnace, a large-format solvent plotter (printing in variable drop technology with maximum resolution of 1440dpi), monitor and desktop will be purchased to equip a professional graphics processing station and a film stand. The main objectives of the project include increasing the competitive position of the company through the introduction of an innovative product and technology used in the production process. This will translate directly into an increase in the company’s production capacity and thus increase revenues from economic activities after completion of the project. (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest wprowadzenie do oferty przedsiębiorstwa Fotoporcelana.net nowego innowacyjnego produktu w postaci szklanych portretów na kolumbariach (szklanym kamieniu), tj. szklanych obrazów z wizerunkami osób zmarłych, zastępujących powszechnie stosowane kamienne płyty nagrobkowe. Nowy produkt będzie wykonywany dzięki wdrożeniu innowacyjnej technologii laminowania szkła folią EVA. Jej zastosowanie będzie możliwe dzięki poszerzeniu parku maszynowego przedsiębiorstwa o piec próżniowy do laminowania szkła w wysokiej temperaturze, który umożliwia połączenie obrazu ze szkłem w sposób trwały i bezpieczny (tzw. bezpieczne szkło). Na polskim rynku do tej pory nie wykorzystywano ww. technologii do produkcji szklanych płyt na kolumbariach (wdrożenie technologii znanej i nie stosowanej dotąd w Polsce w przedmiotowym przeznaczeniu, tj. do produkcji szklanych kolumbariów). W ramach realizacji projektu do parku maszynowego przedsiębiorstwa, poza ww. piecem próżniowym, zostanie zakupiony wielkoformatowy ploter solwentowy (drukujący w technologii zmiennej kropli z rozdzielczością maksymalną 1440dpi), monitor i komputer stacjonarny - do wyposażenia profesjonalnego stanowiska obróbki graficznej oraz stojak na folie. Do głównych celów projektu należy zaliczyć podniesienie pozycji konkurencyjnej firmy poprzez wprowadzenie innowacyjnego produktu i technologii wykorzystywanej w procesie produkcyjnym. Przełoży się to bezpośrednio na zwiększenie mocy produkcyjnych firmy, a co za tym idzie na zwiększenie przychodów z działalności gospodarczej po zakończeniu realizacji projektu. (Polish)
