The aim of the project is to develop and implement into practice, with the active participation of a supranational partner (PP), solutions for support for people connecting childcare and dependents with professional life (the so-called sandwich generation generation), including the development of an innovative Platform 4P, integrating cross-sectoral cooperation by 31.01.2021. The project fits into topic 3 “Developing solutions to support people who combine childcare and dependents with working life (the so-called sandwich generation generation)”.The aim will be achieved in transnational cooperation with Laurea University in Finland in the form of: developing and implementing a new solution and exchanging information and experiences, which will be the added value of the project. 01.02.2018-31.01.2021 (36 m, crit. 8).The project will be carried out by Instructions 4P and platform 4P(IT-tool-4P – the environment of beneficiaries of the solution):-Employers and employers’ organisation – PERSONAL WORDS OF WORDS, adapted to the BARIER AND PROBLEMs of the caregiver – Social assistance and institutions of social integration, JST, org. 4): developing a solution, testing, analysing the results of the test, developing the final version of the solution, implementation and implementation recommendations.The implementation of the project will allow implementation of a solution resulting in minimising problems identified in direct recipients (professional caregivers from sandwich generation), i.e. organizational, psychological, resulting in a decline in professional activity, financial problems (resulting from insufficient professional activity), as well as quality of life. Celem projektu jest wypracowanie i wdrożenie do praktyki, przy aktywnym udziale partnera ponadnarodowego (PP), rozwiązań na rzecz wsparcia dla osób łączących opiekę nad dziećmi i osobami zależnymi z życiem zawodowym (tzw. pokolenie sandwich generation), w tym opracowanie innowacyjnej Platformy 4P, integrującej współpracę międzysektorową, do 31.01.2021r. Projekt wpisuje się w Temat 3 "Wypracowanie rozwiązań na rzecz wsparcia dla osób łączących opiekę nad dziećmi i osobami zależnymi z życiem zawodowym (tzw. pokolenie sandwich generation)".Cel zostanie osiągnięty we współpracy ponadnarodowej z Laurea University z Finlandiiw formie: wypracowanie i wdrożenie nowego rozwiązania oraz wymiana informacji i doświadczeń, co stanowić będzie wartość dodaną projektu.Okres realizacji proj. 01.02.2018-31.01.2021 (36m-cy, kryt. 8).Produktem projektu będzie Instrukcja 4P i platforma 4P(narzędzie informatyczne-4P – otoczenie beneficjentów rozwiązania):-Pracodawcy i organizacja pracodawców – BARDZIEJ PRZYJAZNE MIEJSCE PRACY, DOSTOSOWANE DO BARIER I PROBLEMÓW OPIEKUNA -Pomoc społeczna i instytucjeintegracji społecznej, JST, org. pozarządowe – ZINTEGROWANA INFORMACJA O FORMACH WSPARCIA („MENEDŻER OPIEKUNA”), WSPARCIE PSYCHOLOGICZNE, SZKOLENIA, INTEGRACJA MIĘDZYSEKTOROWA NA RZECZ WSPARCIA OPIEKUNÓW-Przedszkola i ośrodki wychowania przedszkolnego – ASPEKT ZRÓŻNICOWANYCH FORM OPIEKI-Podmioty lecznicze – ASPEKT ZRÓŻNICOWANYCH FORM OPIEKIProjekt zostanie zrealizowany w ramach 6 faz(kryt. 4): opracowanie rozwiązania, testowanie, analiza wyników testu, opracowanie wersji finalnej rozwiązania, wdrożenie i rekomendacje wdrożeniowe.Zrealizowanie projektu pozwoli na wdrożenie rozwiązania skutkującegozminimalizowaniem problemów zidentyfikowanych u bezpośrednich odbiorców (opiekunów z sandwich generation), tzn. organizacyjnych, psychologicznych, skutkującychspadkiem aktywności zawodowej,problemów finansowych (wynikających ze zbyt małej aktywności zawodowej), jak równieżjakości życia.
