Projekt obejmuje realizację wsparcia dla 8 JST województwa łódzkiego i 129 pracowników tych JST przez: 1 wdrożenie rozwiązań poprawiających efektywność zarządzania usługami w obszarze podatków i opłat lokalnych w zakresie a) elektronizacji procesu obsługi podatkowej i automatyzacji rozliczeń przez uruchomienie 7 –e-usług istotnych dla przedsiębiorców w w/w obszarze w każdej z 8 JST i wdrożenie aplikacji pozwalających na pełną automatyzacje tych usług wraz z dokonywaniem rozliczeń b) poprawę dostępności do informacji o sposobie załatwienia i przebiegu sprawy poprzez uruchomienie portalu oraz aplikacji „powiadomienia sms” – w 8 JST c) doskonalenie kompetencji 129 pracowników 8 JST dot.świadczenia usług w obszarze opłat i podatków w tym e-usług. W 8 JST zostanie też wdrożone narzędzie do monitorowania satysfakcji klienta w obszarze realizacji usług w obszarze podatki i opłaty lokalne, które będzie pozwalało na pomiar jakości świadczonych usług , a co za tym idzie wdrażanie usprawnień 2 wdrożenie w rozwiązań poprawiających efektywność zarządzania usługami w obsz.zarządzania nieruchomościami, w szczególności w zakresie gospodarowania lokalami użytkowanymi w zakr: a) rozwiązań poprawiających dostęp do usług administr.przez uruchomienie po 3 e-usług w w/w obszarze w 8 JST i wdrożenie aplikacji pozwalających na elektronizację i automatyzację zarządzania nieruchomościami w Urzędach. b) rozwiązań poprawiających dostęp informacji o lokalach użytkowych i nieruchomościach gruntowych przeznaczonych pod inwestycje poprzez wdrożenie w z 8 JST każdej JST portalu z informacjami o nieruchomościach pod inwestycji. c) rozwiązań poprawiających obsługę klienta przez wdrożenie narzędzi do monitorowania satysfakcji klienta dotyczących jakości, przejrzystości i zakresu informacji zawartych w portalu ( ankieta dostępna w portalu). d) doskonalenie kompetencji kadr 8 JST w zakresie zarządzania nieruchomościami, obsługi us (Polish)
