The project aims to support the process of incubating innovative ideas and awarding 50 grants for the implementation of social innovation in the area of availability of products/services for ON/OS, and the dissemination of 6 of them, which will best suit the testing stage, have the greatest potential for dissemination and which have been chosen to implement on a large scale, which will increase the use of other tools. The first step will be the verification of ideas in terms of accessibility, innovation and feasibility within the project through initial approval of the planned solutions by the three key people employed in the project. The incubation of selected innovative ideas will take place by providing substantive, organizational, technical and financial support in order to develop these ideas, so that they become concrete solutions, which can be further tested and, after selection, the dissemination of social innovations with the greatest potential. The incubation will also provide comprehensive support for grant recipients in the preparation of the grant application. Preparation of the idea for implementation in the selected environment and micro-scale testing will also be monitored in terms of achieving the expected results and end result. The final stage will be the evaluation of tested innovative ideas and selection of at least 10 % to develop the final version of the product, which will be implemented and disseminated on a large scale. The main users of social innovation will be entities, institutions, organisations or groups which, by law or society, are engaged in actions for elderly people with reduced mobility or perception and persons with disabilities. Projekt ma na celu wsparcie procesu inkubacji innowacyjnych pomysłów i udzielenie 50 grantów na wdrożenie innowacji społecznych w obszarze dostępności produktów/usług na rzecz ON/OS oraz upowszechnienie 6 z nich, które najlepiej sprawdzą się w etapie testowania, posiadają największy potencjał do upowszechniania i które zostały wybrane do wdrożenia na szeroką skalę, co zwiększy wykorzystanie inn.społ na rzecz poprawy skuteczności wybranych aspektów polityk publ. w obszarze EFS.Wybór grantobiorców odbędzie się poprzez działania rekrutacyjne z wykorzystaniem m.in. sieci własnych powiązań, mediów społeczn.i innych narzędzi oraz działań animacyjnych. Pierwszym etapem będzie weryfikacja pomysłów pod kątem dostępności, innowacyjności i możliwości realizacji w ramach projektu poprzez wstępne zatwierdzenie planowanych rozwiązań przez trzy kluczowe osoby zatrudnione w projekcie. Inkubacja wybranych innowacyjnych pomysłów odbywać się będzie poprzez udzielanie wsparcia merytorycznego, organizacyjno-technicznego i finansowego w celu opracowania tych pomysłów, by stały się konkretnymi rozwiązaniami, możliwymi w dalszym etapie do przetestowania, a po przeprowadzeniu selekcji - upowszechnienia innowacji społecznych o największym potencjale. W ramach inkubacji będzie również świadczone kompleksowe wsparcie dla grantobiorców przy opracowaniu wniosku grantowego. Przygotowanie pomysłu do wdrożenia w wybranym środowisku i testowania w skali mikro będzie również monitorowane pod względem osiągnięcia założonych rezultatów i efektu końcowego. Ostatnim etapem będzie ewaluacja przetestowanych innowacyjnych pomysłów i selekcja min. 10% do opracowania ostatecznej wersji produktu, które zostaną wdrożone i upowszechnione na szeroką skalę. Głównymi użytkownikami innowacji społecznych będą podmioty, instytucje, organizacje, czy grupy, które statutowo lub społecznie zajmują się działaniami na rzecz osób starszych z ograniczoną mobilnością lub percepcją oraz osobami z niepełnosprawnościami.
