Main objective of the project: Raising in the period from 01.01.2017 to 30.09.2018 141 (99K, 42M) students of the last two semesters of the second degree Administration, meeting the needs of the economy, the labour market and society. Specific objectives: 1. Diagnosing the competences of UP necessary on the labour market through examination of competences 2. raising the professional competences needed to find on the labour market participants/casks of the project through completion of certified language training and additional tasks of practices carried out with employers 3. raising communication competences, including the ability to work in a group, interpersonal competences through completion of practical workshops and workshops educating competences The results of the project: 1. 141 UP will raise its competences as part of the activities of ESF-supported universities 2. At least 40 % of graduates supported within 6 months will take up employment or continue training In order to achieve the expected results and objectives of the project, it is planned to: —development of competence balance, -implementation of workshops educating competences and certified training – implementation of additional practical tasks implemented with employers, -implementation of additional practical tasks carried out in the form of projects, including project teams (English) | |||||||||||||||

Cel główny projektu: Podniesienie w okresie od 01.01.2017 do 30.09.2018 kompetencji 141 (99K, 42M) studentów dwóch ostatnich semestrów kierunku Administracja II stopnia, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa. Cele szczegółowe: 1. diagnoza kompetencji UP niezbędnych na rynku pracy poprzez badanie kompetencji 2. podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych potrzebnych do odnalezienia sie na rynku pracy uczestników/czek projektu poprzez ukończenie certyfikowanego szkolenia językowego i dodatkowych zadań prakt realizowanych z pracodawcami 3. podniesienie kompetencji komunikacyjnych, w tym umiejętność pracy w grupie, kompetencji interpersonalnych poprzez ukończenie warsztatów praktycznych oraz warsztatów kształcących kompetencje Rezultaty projektu: 1. 141 UP podniesie swoje kompetencje w ramach działań uczelni wspartych EFS 2. co najmniej 40 % absolwentw objętych wsparciem w ciągu 6 m-cy po zakończeniu kształcenia podejmie zatrudnienie bądź będzie kontynuować kształcenie By osiągnąć założone rezultaty i cele projektu zaplanowano: -opracowanie bilansu kompetencji, -realizację zajęć warsztatowych kształcących kompetencje oraz szkoleń certyfikowanych -realizację dodatkowych zad. praktycznych realizowanych z pracodawcami, -realizację dodatkowych zadań praktycznych realizowanych w formie projektowej w tym w ramach zespołów projektowych (Polish)
