The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the county of Świdwin. The project will support people aged 18 to 29 without a job, including persons with disabilities, registered in the PUP as unemployed, including those who do not participate in education and training – so-called NEETs. POWIAT ŚWIDWIŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W ŚWIDWINIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie świdwińskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne, w tym w szczególności te, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu - tzw. osoby z kategorii NEET. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
