The aim of the project is to increase the competences necessary on the labour market by 360 students of the University of Warsaw in Bydgoszcz (240 K and 120 M) from technical and pedagogical courses by 28.02.2019 The project provides for the improvement of communication, IT, analytical, professional and entrepreneurship competences, diagnosed by employers as the most desirable of candidates for work. The target group is 360 students (240K and 120M) of the last two semesters of first and second degree studies at the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz. Planned tasks: — Certified trainings and workshops educating competences – additional practical tasks – project teams and exchange of good practices – cooperation between students and the socio-economic environment An important element of the project is interdisciplinary and practical cooperation of 2 courses. Project teams will be created consisting of students of technical and pedagogical faculties, who will jointly develop the project/tool, in response to the needs of employers, which will bring students closer to the reality of the modern labour market. The combination of courses will help to shape and strengthen communication skills and teamwork, analytical, IT, in a much broader scope than would be the case for groups of students of the same fields of study. The essence of the project is to increase the chances of graduates for work, building professional relationships and transfer of competences, between students of technical courses – demanded from the point of view of key areas for the economy and students of social sciences related to lifelong care, social and professional inclusion of people with disabilities at risk of social exclusion. The result of the project will be to raise competences within the framework of the activities of universities supported by the ESF in 355 people (237 K and 118 M). Celem proj. jest wzrost kompetencji niezbędnych na rynku pracy u 360 studentów UKW w Bydgoszczy ( 240 K i 120 M) z kierunków technicznych i pedagogicznych w terminie do 28.02.2019r Projekt przewiduje podnoszenie kompetencji komunikacyjnych, informatycznych, analitycznych, zawodowych i z zakresu przedsiębiorczości, zdiagnozowanych przez pracodawców jako najbardziej pożądane od kandydatów do pracy. Grupą docelową jest 360 studentów (240K i 120M) ostatnich dwóch semestrów studiów I i II stopnia Uniwersytetu Kazimierza Wielkiego w Bydgoszczy. Zaplanowane zadania: - certyfikowane szkolenia i warsztaty kształcące kompetencje - dodatkowe zadania praktyczne -zespoły projektowe oraz wymiana dobrych praktyk - współpraca studentów z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym Ważnym elementem projektu jest interdyscyplinarność i praktyczna współpraca 2 kierunków. Tworzone będą zespoły projektowe składające się ze studentów kierunków technicznych i pedagogicznych, które wspólnie opracują projekt/narzędzie, w odpowiedzi na potrzeby pracodawców, co przybliży studentom realia współczesnego rynku pracy. Połączenie kierunków przyczyni się do ukształtowania i wzmocnienia kompetencji komunikacyjnych i pracy w zespole, analitycznych, informatycznych, w zakresie znacznie szerszym, niż miałoby to miejsce w przypadku grup składających się ze studentów tych samych kierunków studiów. Istotą projektu jest zwiększenie szans absolwentów na r. pracy, budowanie relacji zawodowych i transfer kompetencji, pomiędzy studentami kierunków technicznych –pożądanych z punku widzenia obszarów kluczowych dla gospodarki oraz studentów kierunków społecznych związanych z opieką całożyciową, włączaniem społecznym i zawodowym osób niepełnosprawnych, zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Rezultatem projektu będzie podniesienie kompetencji w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFS u 355 osób (237 K i 118 M). Ponadto 144 osoby (96K i 48M) będą kontynuowały kształceni (Polish)
