Podniesienie kompetencji kadry dydaktycznej, administracyjnej i zarządzającej poprzez udział pracowników w różnorodnych formach dokształcających. Działania te mają na celu poprawę jakości prowadzonych zajęć dydaktycznych, sprawności obsługi studentów i pracowników. 2.Zakup specjalistycznego oprogramowania niezbędnego do sprawnego zarządzania Uczelnią.3.Unowocześnienie funkcjonowania BiCIN poprzez modernizację pracowni multimedialnej oraz poszerzenie księgozbioru poprzez dostęp do wirtualnej platformy.
