Celem głównym projektu jest dopasowanie oferty dydaktycznej PK do potrzeb ogólnopolskiego i regionalnego rynku pracy poprzez modernizację programów studiów, zaangażowanie w kształcenie wykładowców z zagranicy oraz podniesienie kompetencji osób uczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa oraz wsparcie kadry dydaktycznej w aspekcie podnoszenia ich kompetencji w systemie szkolnictwa wyższego poprzez szkolenia specjalistyczne i staże dydaktyczne.Projekt obejmuje swoim zakresem 3 moduły działań (KD11):moduł programów kształcenia,moduł podnoszenia kompetencjii moduł zarządzania w instytucjach szkolnictwa wyższego.Planowany okres projektu to 48 miesięcy (KD8).Wartość proj. nie przekracza 15 mln. PLN (wartość wskazana w dokumentacji konk. dla proj. realizowanych przez uczeniekształcące pomiędzy10001-20000 stud.KD9). Projekt spełnia założone KD, przy czymKDod15do22oraz KD26 nie dotyczą projektu (nie przewidziano typów działań objętych przez te kryteria). Dodatkowo projekt spełnia KP2. (Polish)
