The main objective of the project is to increase the efficiency of education at the Technical and Humanistic Academy in Bielsko-Biała (ATH) and to improve the quality of the university’s management through: expanding the educational offer to acquire the skills and qualifications expected by employers, increase teaching competences, increase the integration of internal and external systems related to university management, increase the competences and qualifications of management and administrative staff.The project aims to support activities enabling the development of:- the skills of students for which the demand is requested by employers (professional) and allowing for flexible adaptation to the labour market (so-called soft), especially in those areas that are key from the point of view of the country’s managerial skills and modern development. introducing new and modified training programmes adapted to the needs of the labour market, gaining additional competences for better practical professional preparation of students, improvement – substantive and related to methods and techniques of conducted teaching activities – competences of teaching staff and the quality and efficiency of the work of the management and administrative staff, the introduction of modern solutions and IT tools in the field of management of the University. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności kształcenia w Akademii Techniczno-Humanistycznej w Bielsku-Białej (ATH) oraz poprawa jakości zarządzania Uczelnią poprzez: poszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej pozwalającej na zdobycie kompetencji i kwalifikacji oczekiwanych przez pracodawców, zwiększenie kompetencji dydaktycznych, zwiększenie integracji systemów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych związanych z zarządzaniem uczelnią, podniesienie kompetencji i kwalifikacji kadry zarządzającej i administracyjnej.Projekt zakłada wsparcie działań pozwalających rozwijać:- umiejętności studentów, na które popyt zgłaszają pracodawcy (zawodowe) oraz pozwalające na elastyczne dopasowanie do rynku pracy (tzw. miękkie), w szczególności w tych obszarach, które są kluczowe z punktu widzenia rozwoju nowoczesnej gospodarki kraju, - dydaktyczne kompetencje nauczycieli akademickich,- kwalifikacje kadry zarządzającej i administracyjnej.Istotnym elementem procesu rozwoju Uczelni jest wdrożenie zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania Uczelnią.Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do: wprowadzenia nowych i modyfikacji realizowanych programów kształcenia dostosowanych do zapotrzebowania rynku pracy, zdobycia dodatkowych kompetencji umożliwiających lepsze praktyczne przygotowanie zawodowe studentów, podniesienia - merytorycznych i związanych z metodami i technikami prowadzonych zajęć dydaktycznych - kompetencji kadry dydaktycznej oraz jakości i efektywności pracy kadry zarządzającej i administracyjnej, wprowadzenia nowoczesnych rozwiązań i narzędzi informatycznych w zakresie zarządzania Uczelnią.
