The main objective of the project is to establish, organise and ensure functioning,also after its completion in2022, the Sectoral Council for Competence in Building (FwPKD Section).The Council will be a forum for exchanging experience between formal, non-formal and informal education, research units and entrepreneurs active in construction with the participation of social dialogue institutions (trade unions and employers’ organisations), professional self-government and other stakeholders, working for the development of the construction sector by increasing the need to increase the knowledge of the construction sector. As part of the project, works will be carried out: 1. Establishment, organisation and operation of the Sectoral Council for Competences in Construction and developed principles of continuing its activities and funding after completion of the project. 2.Recommendation of recommendations for solutions to diagnosed problems with proposals for legislative changes including as a result of: A/(1) to map the sector in terms of the qualifications of the described and non-standardised jobs in the construction sector, (2)barriers to continue employment of 50+ and persons with disabilities (3) the financing of lifelong learning by means of parity; B/(1) solutions for the sector to match competences to its needs on the basis of an analysis of barriers to formal and non-formal education in the sector, (2) rules for the creation of educational agreements for the integration of education and employers, together with the model agreement,(3) of the assumptions of the elaboration of the CRC. ZWIĄZEK ZAWODOWY 'BUDOWLANI'

Celem głównym projektu jest powołanie,organizacja i zapewnienie funkcjonowania,także po jego zakończeniu w r.2022,Sektorowej Rady ds.Kompetencji w budownictwie(sekcja FwPKD).Rada będzie forum wymiany doświadczeń pomiędzy sferą edukacji formalnej, pozaformalnej i nieformalnej, jednostkami badawczymi a przedsiębiorcami działającymi w budownictwie z udziałem instytucji dialogu społecznego (związki zawodowe i organizacje pracodawców),samorządu zawodowego i innych interesariuszy, działającym na rzecz rozwoju sektora budowlanego poprzez zwiększenie wiedzy o jego potrzebach kwalifikacyjno-zawodowych. W ramach projektu będą wykonane prace: 1.Powołanie,zorganizowanie i funkcjonowanie Sektorowej Rady ds. kompetencji w budownictwie oraz wypracowane zasady kontynuowania jej działalności i finansowania po zakończeniu projektu. 2.Przedstawienie rekomendacji dot. rozwiązań zdiagnozowanych problemów z propozycjami zmian legislacyjnych włącznie w wyniku: a/ (1)mapowania sektora pod kątem kwalifikacji opisanych i niewystandaryzowanych stanowisk pracy wyst. w sektorze budowlanym, (2)barier w kontynuacji zatrudnienia osób 50+ i osób z niepełnosprawnościami (3)zasad finansowanie kształcenia ustawicznego z uwzgl. rozwiązań parytarnych; b/ (1)rozwiązań dla sektora w zakresie dopasowania kompetencji do jego potrzeb na podstawie analizy barier w kształceniu formalnym i pozaformalnym w sektorze, (2)zasad tworzenia porozumień edukacyjnych w zakresie zintegrowania edukacji i pracodawców wraz ze wzorem porozumienia,(3)założeń opracowania SRK. c/(1)potrzeb standaryzacji kwalifikacji w budownictwie, (2) założeniami zapewnienia jakości w procesach akredytacji, kształcenia i certyfikacji w oparciu o standardy systemu ISO i koła DEMINGA 3.Organizacja udziału 40 pracodawców w Badaniu Kapitału Ludzkiego (BKL).
