The aim of the actions implemented within the project (training and consulting) is to increase the competence of at least 176 representatives of the JST in the field of education management aimed at the development of schools and competences of key pupils. The actions undertaken will contribute to developing strategic solutions – local education development plans, which will be implemented into local self-government practice after their completion.Detailed objectives:-development by each of the teams representing the 53 JST strategic document of local education development plan and supporting schools in the field of competences of key pupils in the commune/speaking,-accounting, in each JST participating in the training, a comprehensive process of supporting schools/posts in key pupils in the field of education development. Celem realizowanych w ramach projektu działań (szkolenia i doradztwo) jest podniesienie kompetencji min. 176 przedstawicieli JST w zakresie zarządzania oświatą ukierunkowanego na rozwój szkół i kompetencji kluczowych uczniów. Podjęte działania przyczynią się do wypracowania strategicznych rozwiązań - lokalnych planów rozwoju oświaty, które po ich zakończeniu zostaną wdrożone do praktyki samorządowej.Cele szczegółowe:-opracowanie przez każdy z zespołów reprezentujących 53 JST dokumentu strategicznego lokalnego planu rozwoju oświaty oraz wspomagania szkół w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych uczniów w gminie/powiecie,-objęcie, w każdej JST biorącej udział w szkoleniu, kompleksowym procesem wspomagania szkół/placówek w oparciu o opracowany plan rozwoju oświaty oraz wspomagania szkół w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych uczniów w WZmin. 140 szkół w okresie realizacji projektu.Projekt przyczynia się do realizacji celów POWER, w szczególności wpisuje się w realizację celu szczegółowego Osi priorytetowej II: Poprawa funkcjonowania i zwiększenie wykorzystania systemu wspomagania szkół w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych uczniów niezbędnych do poruszania się na rynku pracy (ICT, matematyczno-przyrodniczych, języków obcych), nauczania eksperymentalnego, właściwych postaw (kreatywności, innowacyjności, pracy zespołowej) oraz metod zindywidualizowanego podejścia do ucznia.Zadania:-przeszkolenie przedstawicieli 53 JST-udzielenie wsparcia doradczego 176 przedstawicielom JST w opracowaniu lokalnego planu rozwoju oświaty oraz wspomagania szkół w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych uczniów-przeprowadzenie 4 spotkań w środowisku lokalnym każdej JST, w celu udzielenia pomocy w zawiązaniu lokalnej koalicji na rzecz rozwoju oświaty-zaplanowanie i skoordynowania prac związanych z realizacją procesowego wspomagania z poziomu JST-zapewnienie przedstawicielom JST uczestnictwa w 6 sieciach współpracy dla samorządowców uruchomionych w regionie (WZ) dotyczących różnych obszarów tematycznych (Polish)
