Celem proj. realiz. w okresie 01.IX.2018-31.VIII.2020 jest poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy 80 os. młodych w wieku 1529 lat wyłącznie biernych zaw. (38K i 26M) które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET - nie pracują, nie szkolą się, nie kształcą się, nie są bezrobotne, nie szukają pracy) lub pracujących (10K, 6M) zamieszkujących na obszarze woj. kujawsko-pomorskiego w rozumieniu przepisów KCREALIZOWANE ZADANIA: 1)identyfikacja potrzeb GD poprzez opracowanie i wdrożenie IPD;2)realizację indywidualnego poradnictwa zaw. w zakresie planowania rozwoju kariery zawodowej;3) szkolenia zaw.;4) staże zaw. (tylko dla biernych zawodowo).GR. DOCELOWĄ proj. jest 80 os. młodych w wieku 1529 lat wyłącznie biernych zaw.
