Wparcie będzie udzielane w 2 edycjach po 42 osoby-śr.14 uczestników w grupie. ZaplanowanoWsparcie indywidualne doradcy zawodowego i psychologaWarsztaty grupowe z aktywnego poszukiwania pracy (40h/gr.)Szkolenia zawodowe dopasowane do potrzeb i oczekiwań uczestników i pracodawców z lokalnego rynku pracy, w tym elektryk ds.podłączeń w strefach zagrożonych wybuchem, dobrane na podstawie IPD (śr.184h/gr.)Kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane pośrednictwo pracyOrganizację 3 miesięcznych płatnych staży Kompleksowe wsparcie będzie miało decydujący wpływ na zatrudnialność uczestników tj. potencjału do bycia zatrudnionym przez dopasowanie do wymagań pracodawców i lokalnego rynku pracy w woj.zachodniopomorskim.
