The project includes training and advisory activities addressed to directors, vice directors and other managers at school and pedagogical supervisors aimed at increasing their competence in organising school work in a way to shape the competences of key pupils necessary to move on the labour market (ICT, mathematical and natural languages), experimental teaching, appropriate attitudes (creativity, innovation, teamwork) and individualised approaches. Development of framework training and advisory programmes on the subjects indicated in the type of operation, constituting substantive assumptions for training organised within the framework of competition projects. 2. Development of recommended training scenarios and a package of sample organizational-method solutions, specific to specific thematic area and level of education – for directors and a package of training materials for supervisors. 3. Pilot implementation of framework training programmes on a group of at least 600 representatives of educational executives and at least 32 representatives of pedagogical supervisors. 4. Launching and running a network for representatives of school/posts management – platform for exchange of experience/comments/discussion/continuation/continuation of advisory activities. 5. Projekt zakłada podjęcie działań szkoleniowych i doradczych adresowanych do dyrektorów, wicedyrektorów i innych osób pełniących funkcje kierownicze w szkole i do pracowników nadzoru pedagogicznego ukierunkowanych na podniesienie ich kompetencji w zakresie organizacji pracy szkoły w sposób służący kształtowaniu kompetencji kluczowych uczniów niezbędnych do poruszania się na rynku pracy (ICT, matematyczno-przyrodniczych, języków obcych), nauczania eksperymentalnego, właściwych postaw (kreatywności, innowacyjności, pracy zespołowej) oraz metod zindywidualizowanego podejścia do ucznia. Efektem podjętych działań jest wypracowanie: - ramowego programu szkoleniowo-doradczego wraz z pakietem przykładowych rozwiązań organizacyjno-metodycznych, - ramowego programi szkoleniowego wraz z pakietem materiałów szkoleniowych i poddanie ich pilotażowi, który ukończy co najmniej 600 przedstawicieli kadry kierowniczej oświaty i 32 przedstawicieli organów nadzoru pedagogicznego. Planowane działania: 1. Opracowanie ramowych programów szkoleniowo-doradzczych w tematyce wskazanej w typie operacji, stanowiące założenia merytoryczne do szkoleń organizowanych w ramach projektów konkursowych. 2. Opracowanie rekomendowanych scenariuszy szkoleń oraz pakietu przykładowych rozwiązań organizacyjno-metod., specyficznych dla danego obszaru tematycznego i poziomu kształcenia - dla dyrektorów oraz pakietu materiałów szkoleniowych dla kadr nadzoru. 3. Pilotażowe wdrożenie ramowych programów szkoleń na grupie min. 600 przedstawicieli kadry kierowniczej oświaty i min. 32 przedstawicieli organów nadzoru pedagogicznego. 4. Uruchomienie i prowadzenie sieci współpracy dla przedstawicieli kadry kierowniczej szkół/placówek - platforma wymiany doświadczeń/komentarzy/dyskusji/kontynuowania działań doradczych. 5. Podsumowanie działań, wypracowanie ostatecznych standardów szkoleń, przedstawienie tzw. dobrych praktyk. (Polish)
