Celem projektu jest: Podniesiona aktywność edukacyjna,zawodowa i społeczna u min. 80%os.spośród 200 uczestników projektu (120 K,80M) z gr NEET zamieszkał.na terenie woj.małopolsk.dzięki udziałowi w formach wsparcia oferowanych w proj.w okresie 01.05.2016-30.06.2018r. Grupę docelową proj.stanowi 200 os.(120K i 80M)-są to os.młode,w wieku 15-29 lat, bierne zawodowo,które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu. Min.50% gr.docelowej stanowią ON i os z terenów wiejskich poza ZIT , min.40% gr.docelowej stanowią os.o niskich kwalifikacjach. Dla każdego uczestnika proj.zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej/szkoleniowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowch-IPD.Wszyscy UP wezmą udział w pośrednictwie pracy i stażach zawodowych w celu nabycia doświadczenia zawodowego, 120 os weźmie udział w szkoleniach zawod. w celu nabycia wiedzy, umiejętności, kawlifikacji. Ponadto wszystkie ON i os z t wiejskich p ZIT(100os.) zostanią objęte poradnict.zaw. Na zakończ.udziału w szkolen.zawod.uczestnicy wezmą udział w egzaminach,kt.będą miały na celu uzyskanie certyfikatów potwierdz.kwalifikacje i umiejętności zawod.,co przyczyni się do zwiększ.szans na zatrudnienie uczestników proj. Rezultaty, kt.zostaną osiągn. dzięki realizacji proj.to m.in.: -200 os.biernych zawod. objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu -50 ON i 50 os z t wiejskich poza ZIT po objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu -60% osób biernych zawodowo, nieuczestniczących w kształceniu lub szkoleniu, które podjęły zatrudnienie lub samozatrudnienie po opuszczeniu programu -51% os.o niskich kwalif.kt. podj.zatrudn.lub samozatr.po opuszcz.programu - 32% os.bierne zawod.z niepełnosprawn.,kt.podjęły zatrudn.lub samozatrudn.po opuszcz.programu. The aim of the project is to: Increased educational, professional and social activity in min. 80 % of the 200 participants of the project (120 K,80M) with NEET resided in Malopolska voivodship thanks to participation in the forms of support offered in the project in the period 01.05.2016-30.06.2018r. The target group of the project is 200 people (120K and 80M)- these are young people, at the age of 15-29, professionally passive, who do not participate in education and training. Min.50 % of the target gr. are ON and wasps from rural areas outside the ZIT, min.40 % of target gr. are low-skilled people. A specific offer of professional activation/training will be presented for each participant, preceded by an analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems-IPD.All UP will take part in the intermediation of work and internships in order to acquire professional experience, 120 people will take part in professional training in order to acquire knowledge, skills, cavitation. In addition, all ON and wasps with rural t ZIT(100persons.) will be covered by guide.zaw. At the end of the training, the participants will take part in the exams, which will be aimed at obtaining certificates confirming.qualifications and professional skills, which will increase the chance to employ participants in the project. The results that will be achieved through the implementation of the project include: —200 participants supported by the project -50 ON and 50 people from rural areas outside the ZIT after the project supported -60 % of inactive persons not participating in education or training, who took up employment or self-employment after leaving the programme -51 % of people with low qual.
