The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of social assistance services and social work for MOPS clients in Zgirz. The project will be supported by MOPS in Zgirz and its employees. Implementation of such tasks as: the development of a procedure for implementing the MOPS change of operation in Zgirz, the implementation in MOPS of a new model of functioning of the unit, the implementation of social work and services will contribute to the main objective of implementing organisational improvements of separating administrative work from social work and social services between 1.01.2020 and 31.01.2021. In the structure of MOPS in the Planned Gegor IS THE WORKING:1) First Contact Team – 3 Persons2) Social Labour Group – 8 persons3) Service Group – 3 Persons4) The benefit group granted by decision – 16 people This will improve the service of people who apply for help in overcoming difficult living situations, as well as a change of the image of the Centre in the local community. In accordance with the project’s assumptions, in addition to social work and financial support of a decision-making worker, families will be covered by preventive services such as: family Assistant Services, working with family, including consultations and specialist counseling and others.In addition, the project is expected to carry out workshops preparing MOPS employees, including management staff for the changes made, as well as partial retrofitting and adaptation of the Centre in order to improve the quality and efficiency of work, including enabling the implementation of activities assigned to specific workplaces. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa jakości realizacji usług pomocy społecznej oraz pracy socjalnej na rzecz klientów MOPS w Zgierzu. Wsparciem w ramach projektu objęty będzie MOPS w Zgierzu oraz jego pracownicy. Realizacja takich zadań jak: opracowanie procedury wdrożenia zmiany funkcjonowania MOPS w Zgierzu, wdrożenie w MOPS nowego modelu funkcjonowania jednostki, realizacja pracy socjalnej i usług przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu głównego jakim jest wdrożenie usprawnień organizacyjnych polegających na oddzieleniu pracy administracyjnej od pracy socjalnej i usług socjalnych w okresie od 1.01.2020r. do 31.01.2021r. W strukturze MOPS w Zgierzu PLANOWANE JEST STWORZENIE:1) Zespołu ds. pierwszego kontaktu - 3 osoby2) Zespołu ds. pracy socjalnej - 8 osób3) Zespołu ds. usług - 3 osoby4) Zespołu ds. świadczeń przyznawanych decyzją - 16 osóbDzięki temu nastąpi poprawa obsługi osób zgłaszających się po pomoc w przezwyciężeniu trudnej sytuacji życiowej, jak też zmiana wizerunku Ośrodka w społeczności lokalnej. Zgodnie z założeniami projektu poza pracą socjalną i wsparciem finansowym pracownika ds. świadczeń przyznawanych decyzją, rodziny zostaną objęte usługami profilaktycznymi takimi jak: usługi asystenta rodziny, praca z rodziną, w tym m.in. konsultacje i poradnictwo specjalistyczne i inne.Ponadto w ramach projektu przewidywane jest przeprowadzenie warsztatów przygotowujących pracowników MOPS, w tym kadry zarządzającej do wprowadzanych zmian oraz częściowe doposażenie i dostosowanie Ośrodka w celu podniesienia jakości i efektywności pracy, w tym umożliwienie realizacji działań przypisanych dla określonych stanowisk pracy.
