Main objective of the FUKS IRP FUC project for the IRP services: “Increasing the competence of 514 people, including 410 employees of PES and 104 employees of labour market institutions other than PSZ, in terms of solutions to improve the efficiency of services provided to persons without employment from the voivodships: Zachodniopomorskie, Pomeranian Wielkopolska, Kujawsko-Pomorskie in the period from 01.04.2017 to 31.03.2018." The project provides for trainings for: 1) 512 employees of the State Employment Services, who act as a client’s advisor, employed in the following positions: —employment intermediary, intern employment intermediary, -professional adviser, -professional adviser -internship, -professional development specialist, -professional development specialist, -programme Specialist, -Professional programme specialist, EURES Advisor and Assistant, PSZ, 2) 104mertorial Institutions of IRP (workplace) —Voluntary Labour Hufce, – employment agencies, -training institutions (public and non-public), – social dialogue institutions and local partnership institutions (including organisations and institutions dealing with broad labour issues, i.e. trade unions, employers and the unemployed, and non-governmental organisations cooperating with PSZ and OHP in order to fulfil the tasks defined by the Act). Cel główny Projektu FUKS IRP Fachowe Umiejętności i Kompetencje Służb IRP: "Podniesienie kompetencji 514 osób, w tym 410 osób pracowników PSZ i 104 pracowników instytucji rynku pracy innych niż PSZ w zakresie rozwiązań zwiększających efektywność usług świadczonych na rzecz osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia z terenu województw: zachodniopomorskiego, pomorskiego wielkopolskiego, kujawsko-pomorskiego w okresie od 01.04.2017 do 31.03.2018 r." W projekcie przewidziano szkolenia dla : 1) 512 pracowników Państwowych Służb Zatrudnienia, którzy pełnią funkcję doradcy klienta, zatrudnionych na stanowiskach: -pośrednik pracy, -pośrednik pracy-stażysta, -doradca zawodowy, -doradca zawodowy -stażysta, -specjalista ds. rozwoju zawodowego, -specjalista ds. rozwoju zawodowego-stażysta, -specjalista ds. programów, -specjalista ds. programów-stażysta, -doradca i asystent EURES, w PSZ, 2) 104merytorycznych pracowników IRP (innych niż PSZ instytucji rynku pracy) zatrudnionych w: -Ochotniczych Hufcach Pracy, -agencjach zatrudnienia, -instytucjach szkoleniowych (publicznych i niepublicznych), -instytucjach dialogu społecznego i instytucjach partnerstwa lokalnego (m.in. organizacji i instytucji zajmujących się szeroko pojętą problematyką pracy, tj. organizacji związków zawodowych, pracodawców i bezrobotnych oraz organizacji pozarządowych współpracujących z PSZ i OHP w celu realizacji zadań określonych ustawą).
