Projekt ma na celu wdrożenie wsparcia doradczego skierowanego do 48 MMSP, które przełoży się na wzrost liczby MMSP wykorzystujących wsparcie partnerów społecznych przy realizacji działań wspierających rozwój przedsiębiorstw, w tym pozwalających na efektywne wykorzystanie podmiotowych systemów finansowania w regionach. Wsparcie będzie realizowane dla firm z woj. śląskiego w terminie od 01.01.2017 r. do 31.12.2018 r. Cel ów zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację indywidualnej usługi doradczej dostosowanej do specyfiki przedsiębiorstwa, stworzenie planu/strategii rozwoju, oraz monitoring efektów wdrażania. Zadania w projekcie: 1) Identyf. potencj. odb. wsparcia MMSP, 2) Doradztwo (anal. potrz. rozwoj., przygot. plan. rozw. i doradztwo w zakresie jego wdroż.), 3) Agregacja zidentyf. potrzeb rozw., analiza dost. usług rozwoj. dla MMSP w regionach i upowszech. wiedzy o zdiagnozowanych potrz. lub barierach rozwoj. Planowane rezultaty: - wskaźnik rezultatu: Liczba MMSP, które przy wsparciu partner. społ. oprac. analiz. potrzeb. rozw. swojej firmy: 48, - wskaźnik produktu: Liczba MMSP objętych wsparciem przez partner. społ. w zakres. oprac. anal. potrzeb rozwoj.: 48. Rezultatem projektu będzie zwiększenie wiedzy w zakresie planowania strategicznego w firmach, podniesienie kompetencji kadry ich zarządzającej oraz zdiagnozowanie w oparciu o innowacyjne narzędzia barier i ograniczeń mających wpływ na działanie firmy. Dodatkowym rezultatem będzie przeprowadzenie analizy dostępności usług w regionie wspomagających rozwój przedsiębiorstw, jak również upowszechnienie zdiagnozowanych w przeprowadzonym procesie doradczym potrzeb/barier, w tym agregowanie informacji i przeprowadzenie działań interwencyjnych. Projekt przyczyni się również do zwiększenia roli partnera społecznego jakim jest Cech w zakresie kompetencji wspomagających funkcjonowanie firm. The aim of the project is to implement advisory support to the 48 IMSPs, which will translate into an increase in the number of IMSPs using the support of the social partners in the implementation of activities supporting the development of enterprises, including allowing the effective use of subjective funding schemes in the regions. The support will be implemented for companies from Silesian Voivodship from 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2018. This objective will be achieved through the implementation of an individual advisory service tailored to the specific characteristics of the company, the creation of a development plan/strategy, and monitoring of implementation results. Tasks in the project: 1) Identif. post. support MMSP, 2) Consultation (as well as development, preparation plan. development and advice on its implementation.), 3) Aggregation of identification of development needs, analysis of available development services for MMSP in the regions and general knowledge of diagnosed areas or barriers to development. The project will result in increased knowledge of strategic planning in companies, improving the competence of their management staff and diagnosing them based on innovative tools of barriers and limitations affecting the operation of the company. An additional result will be an analysis of the availability of services in the region supporting business development, as well as the dissemination of needs/barriers diagnosed in the advisory process, including aggregation of information and intervention. The project will also contribute to increasing the role of the social partner, which is the Features in terms of competences supporting the functioning of companies.
