Objective of the project: Development needs analysis and development plan implementation in 47 micro-enterprises from the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship accounting for 90 % of enterprises supported in the project by 12.2017. The following actions are planned under the project: — Identification of Potential recipients of support, – Analysis of development needs, – Preparation of development plan and advice on the implementation of PR, – Aggregation of identified development needs, analysis of availability of services in RUR, – Analysis of service availability in RUR, – Dissemination of knowledge about diagnosed needs. The implementation of the project will contribute to the development and implementation of development plans in West Pomeranian enterprises in order to increase their competitiveness. The development plans will include 4 perspectives for: financial, market/customer, internal processes and infrastructure- science and development. Taking into account the 4 perspectives will provide comprehensive support for businesses. Cel projektu: Opracowanie analizy potrzeb rozwojowych oraz wdrożenie planu rozwojowego w 47 mikroprzedsiębiorstwach z woj. zachodniopomorskiego stanowiących 90% przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w projekcie do 12.2017r. W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujące działania: - Identyfikacja Potencjalnych odbiorców wsparcia, - Analiza potrzeb rozwojowych, - Przygotowanie planu rozwojowego i doradztwo w zakresie wdrożenia PR, - Agregacja zidentyfikowanych potrzeb rozwojowych, analiza dostępności usług w RUR, - Analiza dostępności usług w RUR, - Upowszechnienie wiedzy o zdiagnozowanych potrzebach. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do opracowania i wdrożenia w zachodniopomorskich przedsiębiorstwach planów rozwoju w celu podniesienia ich konkurencyjności. Plany rozwoju będą obejmowały 4 perspektywy w zakresie: finansowym, rynku/klienta, procesów wewnętrznych oraz infrastruktury- nauki i rozwoju. Uwzględnienie 4 perspektyw zapewni kompleksowe wsparcie przedsiębiorstw. Główne wskaźniki: - Liczba mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem przez partnerów społecznych w zakresie opracowania analizy potrzeb rozwojowych- 52 - Liczba mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw, które przy wsparciu partnerów społecznych opracowały analizę potrzeb rozwojowych swojej firmy- 47 (Polish)
