The project assumes, during the period of 24 months, strengthening the professional capacity of 46 people. (25K) from the NEET group up to 29 years of life, especially those who are in a special situation on the labour market from Lower Silesia. As part of the project, 2 main tasks are planned. The first concerns individualised support and assistance in defining the career path of project participants by identifying their needs, professional development opportunities, including health issues and determining their distance from the labour market, individual career guidance, development of IPD and job mediation. The second includes individualised support in line with the diagnosis of professional development needs, where the following forms are envisaged: training for upgrading and complementary qualifications, traineeships, business start-up support and support for geographical mobility The project will deliver results related to individualised and comprehensive activation of the vocational and educational target group. They will contribute to increasing their employability as a result of raising and/or complementing their existing skills and/or professional qualifications, as well as gaining professional experience, as well as an increase in the number of NEETs who, thanks to the planned support, will find themselves in the role of entrepreneurs in the local labour market. Upon completion of participation in the project, employment shall take place at least: 17 % of U-kas/United States with disabilities 35 % of long-term unemployed 36 % of low-skilled 43 % of people not eligible for any of the above groups Thanks to the support of 5 U-czeks/k will start a business activity monitored by 12 persons since registration The project will use PI solutions recommended by KIW-E-advisor (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt zakłada, w okresie 24 m-cy, wzmocnienie potencjału zawodowego 46 os. (25K) z grupy NEET w wieku do 29 r. życia, w tym zwłaszcza os. będących w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, z z terenu Dolnego Śląska. W ramach projektu zaplanowano realizacje 2 głównych zadań. Pierwsze dotyczy zindywidualizowanego wsparcie oraz pomocy w zakresie określenia ścieżki zawodowej uczestniczek/ków projektu poprzez identyfikacja ich potrzeb, możliwości rozwoju zawodowego, w tym kwestii zdrowotnych oraz ustalenie stopnia ich oddalenia od rynku pracy, indywidualne poradnictwo zawodowe, opracowanie IPD oraz pośrednictwo pracy. Drugie zawiera zindywidualizowane wsparcie zgodne z przeprowadzoną diagnozą potrzeb w zakresie rozwoju zawodowego, gdzie przewidziano następujące jego formy: szkolenia podnoszące i uzupełniające kwalifikacje, staże zawodowe, wsparcie w zakresie zakładania działalności gospodarczej oraz wsparcie w zakresie wspierania mobilności geograficznej Dzięki realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte rezultaty związane z zindywidualizowaną i kompleksową aktywizację zawodowo-edukacyjnej grupy docelowej. Przyczynią się one do zwiększeniem ich możliwości związanych z uzyskaniem zatrudnienia w wyniku podniesieniem i/lub uzupełnieniem ich dotychczasowych umiejętności i/lub kwalifikacji zawod. oraz nabycia doświad. zawodowego, a także wzrostem liczby osób z grupy NEET które dzięki zaplanowanemu wsparciu odnajdą się w roli przedsiębiorcy na lokalnym rynku pracy. Po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie zatrudnienie podejmie co najmniej: 17% U-ków/U-czek z niepełnosprawnością 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych 36% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach 43% osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyżej wymienionych grup Dzięki wsparciu 5 U-czek/ków rozpocznie działalność gospodarczą monitorowana przez 12 –m-cy od jej rejestracji W projekcie wykorzystane będą rozwiązania PI rekomendowanego przez KIW- E-doradca (Polish)
