Cel główny projektu zakłada, że w terminie 02.2017-06.2018 90% uczestników projektu podniesie swój potencjał zawodowy zgodnie z indywidualnymi potrzebami określonymi w Indywidualnym Planie Działania oraz wymaganiami rynku pracy przez działania: identyfikację potrzeb oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym identyfikację stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy i Indywidualny Plan Działania, pośrednictwo pracy, poradnictwo psychologiczne, szkolenia z zakresu nabywania kompetencji miękkich, szkolenia zawodowe i staże.UP będzie 120 os należących do kategorii NEET, tj. osób, które nie uczą się, nie szkolą się ani nie pracują, zam. w subregionie pilskim (p. złotowski, p. pilski, p. chodzieski, p. wągrowiecki, p. czarnkowsko-trzcianecki) – z wyłączeniem osób kwalifikujących się do wsparcia w ramach projektów realizowanych w ramach 1.3.1 PO WER.
