WARMIŃSKO-MAZURSKI ZAKŁAD DOSKONALENIA ZAWODOWEGO W OLSZTYNIE

Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie szans zatrudnieniowych na rynku pracy grupy 34 mieszkańców subregionu olsztyńskiego (powiaty: powiaty: bartoszycki,kętrzyński, lidzbarski, mrągowski, nidzicki, olsztyński i m.Olsztyn, szczycieński) w wieku 15-29 lat, pozostających bez pracy, nie uczących się ani nie biorących udział w kształceniu ustawicznym (młodzież NEET). W grupie docelowej znajdą się wyłącznie osoby bezrobotne niezarejestrowane w PUP.Główny nacisk zostanie położony na wsparcie osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami.Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia (od poradnictwa zawodowego i ustalenia indywidualnej ścieżki dalszej kariery, poprzez kursy i szkolenia pozwalające nabyć kwalifikacje zawodowe i uzyskać uprawnienia pożądane przez pracodawców, kończąc na stażach, pośrednictwie pracy i zatrudnieniu).Realizacja projektu zakończy się w lutym 2020 roku.
