The main aim of the project is to activate the profession and acquire qualified/competitive. or/and experience a profession that allows to work in the competition deficit. in the area of project completion until the end of XI.2019 by 22 young people (14K and 8M), including ON, aged 15-29 years working or stirring in the Ełcki district (gr. doc. according to point. 3.2) and ensuring employment in line with the requirements of employment efficiency, min. 39 % of people in the most difficult situation, min. 54 % of people who are not in the most difficult job, as well as improving labour market satisfies 27 % of those working UP.Main results:The results of the project will help to reduce the identified barriers to gender equality. As a result of participation in the project. 14 K and 8 M (especially NEET) will gain a qualification or/or professional experience, which will increase their competitiveness on the labour market. Up to 3 m from the end of the employment project will obtain at least 39 % of participation in the most difficult situation and at least 54 % of participants who are not in the most difficult situation, as well as improving the situation on the labour market 27 % of the employees’ participation. Participation in the project will directly translate into improving the occupation and community-econom UP. Target group:22 young people (14K and 8M), including ON, aged 15-29 years, (excl. stationary students), from the following groups:- passive professionals or unemployed persons not registered in the UP, who do not participate in education and training (NEET). 1.3.1.: 17person= 11K and 6M (77.3 % UP),- immigrants, immigrants, people leaving agriculture and their families, so-called “poor workers” (employees in the short term and working under a civil law agreement): 5 wasps. (3K and 2M). The project is addressed to physicists who work or stir. in the Elk district (including in the city of Elk) in the regulation code. It’s a CYW.     Celem głównym proj. jest zaktywizowanie zawod. oraz nabycie kwalif./kompet. lub/i doświad. zawod. umożliwiającego pracę w zawodach deficyt. na obszarze realizacji proj. do końca XI.2019r. przez 22 osoby młode (14K i 8M), w tym ON, w wieku 15-29 lat pracujących lub zamiesz. w pow. ełckim (gr. doc. zgodna z pkt. 3.2), oraz zapewnienie zatrud. zgodnego z wymogami efektywności zatrud., min. 39% os. w najtrudniejszej syt., min. 54% osób, które nie są w najtrudniejszej syt., a także poprawę syt. na rynku pracy 27% pracujących UP.Główne rezultaty:Rezultaty proj. przyczynią się do ograniczenia zdiagnozowanych barier równości płci.
