Celem głównym projektu jest "Wzrost zdolności do zatrudnienia 100 uczestników projektu zamieszkujących woj. podkarpackie poprzez wyposażenie ich w kwalifikacje oraz doświadczenie zawodowe do 30.06.2020 r".Cele szczegółowe:-uzyskanie kwalifikacji zawodowych zbieżnych z potrzebami rynku pracy przez 100 uczestników do 30.06.2020r,- nabycie wiedzy z zakresu aktywnego poszukiwania pracy przez 100 uczestników projektu do 30.06.2020r.- zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego przez 100 uczestników do 30.06.2020r.,Główne rezultaty:-Liczba osób poniżej 30 lat, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - 40os-Kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3)) - 39%-Kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup- 54%-Liczba osób, które uzyskały doświadczenie zawodowe - 90os.-Liczba osób, które podniosły wiedzę z zakresu poruszania się po rynku pracy -100os.Grupę docelową projektów stanowią osoby młode, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, w wieku 15-29 lat, pozostające bez pracy, w tym w szczególności osoby, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. osoby z kategorii NEET) z wyłączeniem grupy określonej dla trybu konkursowego w poddziałaniu 1.3.1.
