The main objective of the project is to increase the effectiveness of the Social Assistance Centre in Praszka and increase the subjectivity of the recipient by implementing the organisational improvements consisting of decoupling administrative work from social work and social services in the period from 02.01.2018 to 30.06.2019.As part of the project, in the course of implementation of improvements and changes in the structure of ops will be separated:1 position for 1 contacts and 3 teams:-for social work-services, from social services, from the social services department. The project consists of 3 substantive tasks: — Preparation to introduce a change in the organisation and functioning of the Social Assistance Centre.- Implementation of the new organizational model of the unit’s functioning.- Supervision and training support of the employees of the Social Assistance CentreThe activities under the project will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Act dated. 12.03.2004 p. pom. OJ 2016, poz. 930, as amended) and the provisions of the Act. The applicant will implement a new organizational system in accordance with Art. 110a of the Social Work Act and will ensure the use of model solutions for the separation of administrative procedures for the granting of benefits from social work, based on the Principles of implementation of organizational improvements in social assistance units and Models for the implementation of services of a defined standard in the commune. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie efektywności Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej w Praszce i zwiększenie podmiotowości odbiorcy pomocy poprzezwdrożenie w jednostce usprawnień organizacyjnych polegających na oddzieleniu pracy administracyjnej od pracy socjalnej oraz usług socjalnych w okresie od 02.01.2018 r. do 30.06.2019 r.W ramach projektu, w toku wdrożenia usprawnień org. i zmiany struktury ops zostaną wyodrębnione:1 stanowisko ds.1 kontaktu i 3 zespoły:-ds.pracy socjalnej-ds.usług socjalnych, z wydzieloną sekcją usług opiekuńczych-ds.świadczeń przyznawanych decyzją administrac.W składzie Zespół ds. świadczeń przyznawanych decyzją i ds. usług socjalnych będzie 1 pracownik (w obu zespołach po 0,5 etatu) posiadający specjalizację w zaw.prac.socjalnego. Proj.składa się z 3 zadań merytorycznych: - Przygotowanie do wprowadzenia zmiany organizacji i funkcjonowania Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej.- Wdrażanie nowego modelu organizacyjnego funkcjonowania jednostki.- Wsparcie superwizyjne i szkoleniowe pracowników Ośrodka Pomocy SpołecznejDziałania w ramach proj. realizowane będą zgodnie z przepisami Ustawy z dn. 12.03.2004 r. o pom. społ. (Dz.U.z 2016 r.,poz. 930,z późn. zm.) i przepisami wyk.do tej ustawy. Wnioskodawca w zakresie realizacji proj. wdroży w ramach swojej jednostki org.nowy system organizacyjny, zgodny z art. 110a ustawy o pom. społ.oraz zapewni wykorzystanie rozwiązań modelowych oddzielenia procedury administracyjnej przyznawania świadczeń pom. społ. od pracy socjalnej, w oparciu o Zasady wdrażania usprawnień organizacyjnych w jednostkach organizacyjnych pomocy społecznej oraz Modele realizacji usług o określonym standardzie w gminie.Wnioskodawca nie uzyskał dofinas.w ramach wcześniejszych konkursów POWER -nr POWR.02.05.00-IP.03-00-005/16 i POWR.02.05.00-IP.03-00-006/16Proj.zakłada przestrzeganie zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju.
