Projekt zakłada poprawę jakości świadczonych usług na rzecz klientów ops poprzez następującą zmianę struktury organizacyjnej: -stanowisko ds.pierwszego kontaktu(1etat prac.soc.nowy)zadaniem którego będzie trafne zdiagnozowanie problemów osób zwracających się o pomoc i udzielenie im fachowej porady, informacji oraz pokierowanie do odpowiedniego działu,wydawanie i prowadzenie rejestu zaświadczeń,współpraca z innymi podmiotami w celu łagodzenia skutków ubóstwa. - zespół ds.pracy socj.i integr.społ(7prac.socj.+0,5etatu psychologa/trenera+2 asystentów rodziny),zespół zajmujący się szeroko rozumianą pracą socj.przy wykorzystywaniu metod i narzędzi pracy socjalnej,w tym przeprowadzanie wywiadów środ.,zawieranie i prowadzenie kontraktów,realizację procedur NK,realizację zadań wynikających z ustawy o wspieraniu rodziny i systemie pieczy zastępczej. - zespół ds.usług(2 etaty prac.socj.-1 nowy,6 etatów opiek.środ.)zespół zajmować się będzie organizacją szeroko rozumianych usług na rzecz osób niepełnosprawnych,starszych,bezrobotnych,bezdomnych, zgodnie z przyjętym modelem,współpracą z PCPR i org. pozarządowymi. - zespół ds.świadczeń(2 prac.socj., 1,5 etatu inspektor,)zespół zajmować się będzie obsługą programu POMOST,prowadzeniem postępowań adm. ws.świadczeń,tworzeniem list wypłat,sprawozdawczością,kontrolą zarządczą, prowadzeniem postępowań dotyczących DPS. W każdym stanowisku/zespole zatrudniony będzie conajmniej 1 prac.soc. posiadający specj. I lub II stopnia, mający uprawnienia do przeprowadzania wywiadów środ.. Poprzez zmianę struktury ops wyodrębnione zostaną stanowiska kluczowe zgodnie z przyjętym modelem tj.:pracownik socjalny ,psycholog/trener,pracownik udzielający informacji,pracownik ds świadczeń,koordynator usług pom. społ.,spec.ds.form realizacji usług oraz pozostali prac. zgodnie ze standardami usług.
