The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed in the district of Świnoujście. The main result of the project will be the activation of 67 people registered in the PUP. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostającym bez pracy w powiecie Miasto Świnoujście. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie zaktywizowanie 67 osób zarejestrowane w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby w wieku 18-29 lat zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników zaplanowano przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej, którą poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika poprzez sporządzenie IPD. Na jego podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
