    Celem głównym projektu jest podniesiona aktywność zawodowo-edukacyjna oraz zdolność do zatrudnienia, wśród 24 osób biernych zawodowo (min.20 kobiet), w wieku 18-29 lat, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), spełniających kryteria grupy docelowej. Cel zrealizowany zostanie w terminie 01.01.2018-30.09.2018r. i osiągnięty poprzez objęcie 24 uczestników projektu indywidualnym i kompleksowym wsparciem aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej, które umożliwi wejście/powrót na rynek pracy, dostosowanym do specyficznych potrzeb grupy docelowej, opartym na 5 elementach pomocy:Identyfikacja potrzeb UPKompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy w formie ciągłejSzkolenia zakończone nabyciem kompetencji/uzyskaniem kwalifikacjiSzkolenia kompetencji/kwalifikacji cyfrowych lub Szkolenia kompetencji/kwalifikacji językowychStaże zawodowe Grupę docelową w niniejszym projekcie stanowią 24 osoby młode (min.20 kobiet) wyłącznie bierne zawodowo,w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami,w wieku 18-29 lat,które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu–tzw. młodzież NEET,zg.z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w POWER 2014-2020,z wyłączeniem osób należących do gr.docelowej określonej dla trybu konkursowego w poddziale1.3.1.Projekt skierowany jest wyłącznie do osób zamieszkujących woj.małopolskie w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego. Projekt dedykowany jest wyłącznie:osobom z niepełnosprawnościami–min.20%,tj.5 osób (3 kobiety,2 mężczyzn),rodzicom chcącym powrócić do pracy po przerwie związanej z opieką nad dzieckiem–maks.80%,tj.19 osób (17 kobiet,2 mężczyzn). Ponadto w grupie docelowej osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (maks.ISCED 3 włącznie) stanowią min. 25%,tj.6 osób (5 kobiet,1 mężczyzn).
