The main objective of the project is to increase employment by the end of 2018 and to improve the qualifications and/or competences of 24 persons aged 15-29 years from NEET group, who are unemployed and residing in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship in the district of Nowy Sądecki, leading to the taking up and maintenance of employment.The project is aimed exclusively at persons living in the rural form of the contest. The choice of the form of support will be adapted to the needs of the project participant, in accordance with the Individual Action Plan developed for him. As a result of the project, we expect to achieve employment efficiency at the level of at least 17 % for people with disabilities, at least 48 % for low-skilled people and 43 % for those who do not qualify for any of the above mentioned groups.The project assumes the subjective and active participation of project participants in establishing and implementing their own path to employment. All support instruments established in the project retain the standards and level of costs for particular forms specified in the Employment Promotion Act and the labour market institutions, as well as annex no. 2 to the Regulations of the competition “Standard of Services”. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie do końca 2018 r. aktywności zawodowej i podniesienie kwalifikacji i/lub kompetencji 24osób w wieku 15-29 lat z grupy NEET, pozostających bez pracy i zamieszkujących w woj. małopolskim w powiecie nowosądeckim, prowadzące do podjęcia i utrzymania przez nich zatrudnienia.Projekt jest skierowany wyłącznie do osób zamieszkujących woj. małopolskie -powiat nowosądecki w rozumieniu przepisów KC.Jednocześnie wsparciem w projekcie będą mogły zostać objęte wyłącznie osoby, które należą do co najmniej jednej z poniższych grup:- osoby niepełnosprawne- osoby zamieszkując obszary wiejskie położone poza ZITWsparcie zakładane w projekcie jest udzielane zgodnie z kryterium nr 8 reg. konkursu i ma charakter indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej i opiera się na co najmniej 3 elementach pomocy wybranych spośród form wsparcia wskazanych w PO WER.Wszyscy uczestnicy projektu w ciągu czterech miesięcy od momentu przystąpienia do projektu otrzymają indywidualne i kompleksowe wsparcie w postacidoradztwa zawodowego, wsparcia psychologicznego, szkolenia i/lub stażu, a także dobrej jakości ofertę zatrudnienia prowadzącą do ich aktywizacjizawodowej. Wybór formy wsparcia zostaniedostosowany do potrzeb uczestnika projektu, zgodnie z opracowanym dla niego Indywidualnym Planem Działania. W wyniku realizacji projektu zakładamy osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie min. 17% dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, min. 48% dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz 43% dla osób, które nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyżej wymienionych grup.Projekt zakłada podmiotowy i czynny udział uczestników projektu w ustaleniu i realizacji własnej ścieżki dojścia do podjęcia zatrudnienia. Wszystkieinstrumenty wsparcia założone w projekcie zachowują standardy oraz poziom kosztów dla poszczególnych form określonych w Ustawie o promocjizatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, a także zał. nr 2 do Regulaminu konkursu "Standard usług".
