Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie starachowickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez minimum 130 uczestników 80K i 50M. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do I lub II profilu pomocy , które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu lub szkoleniu ( tzw. młodzież NEET). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej ofert aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Starachowicach realizaować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Działania w projekcie obejmą pomoc w zdobyciu doświadczenia zawodowego, aktywnym poszukiwaniu pracy, podnoszeniu kwalifikacji zawodowych, a także zwiększeniu mobilności przestrzennej. Na koniec projektu przewidujemy osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z grup docelowych na poziomie co najmniej 43%,dla osób niepełnosprawnych na poziomie co najmniej 17%,dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych na poziomie co najmniej 35% a dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach na poziomie co najmniej 48%. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Starachowice district. The main result of the project will be the employment of at least 130 participants of 80K and 50M. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are eligible for I or II aid profiles who do not participate in education or training (the so-called NEETs). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of specific offers of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office in Starachowice will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Activities in the project will include assistance in gaining professional experience, active job search, improving professional qualifications and increasing spatial mobility. At the end of the project, we expect to achieve an employment efficiency ratio for participants not eligible for any of the target groups of at least 43 %, for disabled persons at least 17 %, for long-term unemployed at least 35 % and for low-skilled people at least 48 %.
