Celem projektu jest zapewnienie i utrzymanie na odpowiednim poziomie zasobów kadrowych niezbędnych dla sprawnego działania MIiB jako instytucji kluczowej przy wdrażaniu działań transportowych realizujących politykę spójności w ramach Umowy Partnerstwa, finansowanych ze środków UE w perspektywie finansowej 2014-2020. Projekt przewiduje finansowanie kosztów zatrudnienia (tylko umowy o pracę) pracowników zaangażowanych w zadania MIiB jako instytucji kluczowej, w szczególności wynagrodzenia zasadniczego, kwalifikowanych typów dodatków i nagród wynikających z obowiązujących przepisów prawa i regulacji wewnętrznych Ministerstwa, pochodnych od wynagrodzeń.
