W projekcie przewidziano finansowanie kosztów zatrudnienia pracowników zaangażowanych we wdrażanie Programu Operacyjnego Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020 (wykonujących zadania związane m.in. z przygotowaniem, zarządzaniem, monitorowaniem, kontrolą, ewaluacją, informacją i promocją Programu) oraz w zamykanie Programu Operacyjnego Kapitał Ludzki 2007-2013.
