Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30. roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie nyskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej: -17% osób niepełnosprawnych, - 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, - 36% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, - 43% osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyższych kategorii. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 371 (K=190, M=181) osób poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia), należących do tzw. kategorii NEET (zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020). Spośród wszystkich uczestników 326 osób (K=167, M=159) zgodnie z planem zakończy udział w projekcie. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Nysa County. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by at least: —17 % of people with disabilities, – 35 % of the long-term unemployed, – 36 % of the low-skilled, – 43 % of those not eligible for any of the above categories. The project will support 371 (K=190, M=181) people under the age of 30 qualified for the assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”), belonging to the so-called NEET category (as defined by NEET category in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020). Out of all participants, 326 people (K=167, M=159) will complete the project as planned. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
