The aim of the project is to provide the Office for Electronic Communications, the necessary technical and training resources for the proper implementation of the functions of specialised institutions within the Operational Programme Digital Poland. The project involves the purchase of equipment for workstations, specialised substantive services and socio-demographic data, as well as the organisation of trainings for UKE experts and beneficiaries of POPC axis I axis in the scope of requirements for NGA networks. A detailed description of the services, data and equipment of workstations planned for purchase can be found in Annex 1 to this proposal. The training organisation in 2016 includes training for UKE staff involved in the implementation of the Trilateral Agreement. To this end, expenditure related to the logistical service of training, the hire of appropriately equipped rooms, the provision of food, training materials and accommodation will be necessary. Celem projektu jest zapewnienie Urzędowi Komunikacji Elektronicznej, niezbędnych zasobów technicznych oraz szkoleniowych dla prawidłowego realizowania funkcji instytucji o charakterze specjalistycznym w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Polska Cyfrowa. Projekt zakłada zakup wyposażenia stanowisk pracy, specjalistycznych usług merytorycznych i danych socjodemograficznych oraz organizację szkoleń dla ekspertów UKE i Beneficjentów I osi POPC z zakresu wymagań dla sieci NGA. Szczegółowy opis planowanego do zakupu usług, danych oraz wyposażenia stanowisk pracy znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do niniejszego wniosku. Organizacja szkoleń w 2016 r. obejmuje szkolenia dla pracowników UKE zaangażowanych w realizację Porozumienia Trójstronnego. W tym celu niezbędne będą wydatki związane z obsługą logistyczną szkoleń, wynajęciem odpowiednio wyposażonych sal, zapewnieniem wyżywienia, materiałów szkoleniowych, noclegów. (Polish)
