The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Tomaszow County. The main result of the project will be the employment of 181 people. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or an aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie tomaszowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 181 osób. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profil pomocy II ( tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
