The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are eligible for aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”) who are unemployed in Żagań County. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of specific professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project assumes high employment efficiency in the following proportions: a. minimum 43 % for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups, b. minimum 17 % for disabled persons, c. minimum 35 % for the long-term unemployed, d. minimum 48 % for low-skilled people.     Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) pozostających bez pracy w powiecie żagańskim. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada uzyskanie wysokiej efektywności zatrudnieniowej w następujących proporcjach: a. minimum 43% dla uczestników niekwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych, b. minimum 17% dla osób niepełnosprawnych, c. minimum 35% dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, d. minimum 48% dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach.
