The subject of the project is the implementation in the company REGA YACHT SP. J. innovative technology for the construction of modern racing yachts using advanced construction composites with enhanced mechanical properties resulting from R & D works. Research carried out by Rzeszów University of Technology shows that: • The bending stress resistance is improved by an average of 4 % (for carbon fibre-based composites) to up to 22 % (for glass fibre-based composites) • The bending deflection is better by an average of 1 % (for fibreglass composites) up to 58 % (in case of fibre-based composites). Project of REGA YACHT SP. J. includes the implementation of investment expenses necessary to implement innovative technology for the construction of modern racing yachts using advanced structural composites with enhanced mechanical properties and increased heat resistance and incandescent strength. Racing yachts produced using modern technology will be characterised by: — high strength of the structure; — the lightness of the hull, which in the case of racing yachts is one of the most important parameters for the buyer, the technology implemented will enable light hulls to be made while maintaining high mechanical parameters; — thanks to the innovative design, it will be possible to obtain hulls with increased strength and thermal resistance, which will increase the possibilities and flexibility of the production of large units most exposed to mechanical stress. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie w przedsiębiorstwie REGA YACHT SP. J. innowacyjnej technologii budowy nowoczesnych jachtów regatowych przy zastosowaniu technologii z wykorzystaniem zaawansowanych kompozytów konstrukcyjnych o podwyższonych właściwościach mechanicznych stanowiącej efekt przeprowadzonych prac B+R. Z badań przeprowadzonych przez Politechnikę Rzeszowską wynika, iż: • Odporność na naprężanie zginające jest lepsze o średnio od 4% (w przypadku odniesienia do kompozytów opartych na włóknie węglowym) do nawet 22% (w odniesieniu do kompozytów opartych na włóknie szklanym) • Odkształcenie przy zginaniu jest lepsze o średnio od 1% (w przypadku odniesienia do kompozytów opartych na włóknie szklanym) do nawet 58% ((w przypadku odniesienia do kompozytów opartych na włóknie węglowym). Projekt przedsiębiorstwa REGA YACHT SP. J. obejmuje realizację wydatków inwestycyjnych niezbędnych do wdrożenia w przedsiębiorstwie innowacyjnej technologii budowy nowoczesnych jachtów regatowych przy zastosowaniu technologii z wykorzystaniem zaawansowanych kompozytów konstrukcyjnych o podwyższonych właściwościach mechanicznych oraz podwyższonej żaroodporności i żarowytrzymałości. Jachty regatowe wytwarzane przy wykorzystaniu nowoczesnej technologii będą charakteryzowały się: - dużą wytrzymałością konstrukcji; - lekkością kadłuba, co w przypadku jachtów regatowych jest jednym z najistotniejszych parametrów dla kupującego, wdrażana technologia umożliwi wykonanie kadłubów lekkich zachowując jednocześnie wysokie parametry mechaniczne; - dzięki innowacyjnej konstrukcji możliwe będzie uzyskanie kadłubów o zwiększone wytrzymałości i odporności termicznej, co zwiększy możliwości i elastyczność produkcji dużych jednostek najbardziej narażonych na naprężenia mechaniczne.
