The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of young people by 29 who are unemployed in the district of Świdnica. Under project 476(260-k,216-m) persons registered with PUPs (for whom a I or II aid profile has been established) who do not participate in education and training of so-called NEETs (as defined in the PO WER) will include: 1. The individual Action Plan – for 476(260-k,216-m) will be defined as an IPD covering labour market services and instruments. 2. Through work or professional guidance- 476(260-k,216-m)persons. Job mediation will consist of providing assistance in obtaining employment. As part of vocational counseling, people will be helped to better cope with job search. 3. Internships – for 360 people. (226-k, 134 m) traineeships lasting from 3 to 7 months will be organised to enable the acquisition of experience incl. The person will receive an internship scholarship and refunds for commutes. 4. Training vouchers – 29 (3-k, 26-m) people who will be able to take up employment or business after the completion of the training. The training voucher will be financed (up to %). 100 % of the average salary) costs: one or more trainings, medical examinations, travel to training and accommodation. The person will receive a training scholarship. 5.Training – 20(4-k,16-m) per person will be directed to individual training enabling the acquisition, improvement, change or complement of qualifications or competences. The person will receive a training scholarship and refunds for commuting. 6. Funds for taking up economic activity – 40(14-k,26-m) per person will be granted funds for taking up a business activity in the amount of PLN 20 000. 7. Settlement vouchers – will be awarded 27 (11-k,16-m) persons, who will take up employment, other gainful employment or economic activities outside their place of residence for a period of time. 6 months in 8 months.     Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia os. młodych do 29 r.ż. pozostających bez pracy w powiecie świdnickim. W ramach projektu 476(260-k,216-m) osób zarejestrowanych w PUP (dla których został ustalony I lub II profil pomocy), które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu tzw. młodzież NEET (zgodnie z definicją przyjętą w PO WER) zostanie objętych: 1. Indywidualnym Planem Działania - dla 476(260-k,216-m) osób zostanie określony IPD obejmujący usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy. 2. Pośrednictwem pracy lub poradnictwem zawodowym- 476(260-k,216-m)osób. Pośrednictwo pracy będzie polegało na udzielaniu pomocy w uzyskaniu zatrudnienia. W ramach poradnictwa zawodowego osoby uzyskają m.in. pomoc w lepszym radzeniu sobie w poszukiwaniu pracy. 3. Stażami - dla 360 os. (226-k, 134-m) zostaną zorganizowane staże trwające od 3 do 7 m-cy umożliwiające nabycie doświadczenia zaw. Osoba otrzyma stypendium stażowe i zwroty za dojazdy. 4. Bonami szkoleniowymi - 29 (3-k, 26-m) os., które uprawdopodobnią podjęcie zatrudnienia lub działalności gospodarczej po zakończeniu szkolenia. W ramach bonu szkoleniowego zostaną sfinansowane (do wys. 100% przeciętnego wynagrodzenia) koszty: jednego lub kilku szkoleń, badań lekarskich, przejazdu na szkolenia i zakwaterowanie. Osoba otrzyma stypendium szkoleniowe. 5.Szkoleniami - 20(4-k,16-m) os. zostanie skierowanych na szkolenia indywidualne umożliwiające nabycie, podniesienie, zmianę lub uzupełnienie kwalifikacji lub kompetencji. Osoba otrzyma stypendium szkoleniowe i zwroty za dojazdy. 6. Środkami na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej - 40(14-k,26-m) os. zostaną udzielone środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej w wysokości śr.20 000 zł. 7. Bonami na zasiedlenie -zostaną przyznane 27 (11-k,16-m) os.,kt. podejmą zatrudnienie, inną pracę zarobkową lub działaln. gospodarczą poza dotychczasowym miejscem zamieszkania przez okres conajm. 6 m-cy w przeciągu 8 m-cy.
