Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie janowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 201 osób (117kobiet i 84mężczyzn) poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I i II. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawiona zostanie konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzez analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować bedzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej102 osoby zarejestrowane w PUP (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Janów County. The project will support 201 people (117 women and 84 men) under the age of 30 qualified for the I and II aid profiles. As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant by analysing the skills, predispositions and problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The main result of the project will be the employment of at least 102 persons registered in the PUP (English)
