The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people by 29, who are unemployed in the district of Kielce. The main result of the project will be at least 43 % of participants, excluding people with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled. Under the project, the beneficiary plans to support unemployed persons belonging to the aid profile I or II. The assistance will be preceded by an analysis of the competences of the participant based on an Individual Action Plan, which will allow the selection of appropriate services and labour market instruments. Compulsoryly, each person participating in the project will be covered by comprehensive work in the selection of suitable job vacancies in accordance with qualifications and competences or professional guidance on career planning and development. The project beneficiary also prepared the following forms of support: individual and group training (66 persons), internships (423 persons), one-off measures for starting a business (55 persons), settlement vouchers (15 persons) and reimbursement of retrofits to the workplace (10 persons). By participating in training, people will improve and acquire professional qualifications or competences confirmed by appropriate documents, appropriate to the needs of employers. Through completed traineeships, participants will gain professional experience and practical skills that they will use on the labour market. The receipt of grants by the unemployed will contribute to the creation of new jobs and support for the reimbursement of jobs will contribute to the growth of employment and the development of existing companies. The beneficiary also planned to support the mobility of young people by financing access to traineeships and trainings and the granting of colonisation vouchers. The implementation of the project will effectively help to enter and return to the labour market those away from it, in particular women, people with disabilities and the unemployed. Obligatoryjnie każda osoba uczestnicząca w projekcie zostanie objęta kompleksowym pośrednictwem pracy w zakresie doboru odpowiednich ofert pracy zgodnie z kwalifikacjami i kompetencjami lub poradnictwem zawodowym w zakresie planowania i rozwoju kariery zawodowej. (Polish)
