Projekt polega na przygotowanie modelu biznesowego internacjonalizacji, który ma skutkować poszerzeniem działalności eksportowej wnioskodawcy. Zadanie zostanie powierzone doświadczonemu podwykonawcy. W efekcie wykonanej analizy Adform Group S.A. będzie gotowy do wdrożenia nowego modelu ścieżek rozwoju na rynkach zagranicznych. Wnioskodawca widzi duży potencjał w swoich produktach i usługach, które znajdują zainteresowanie wśród klientów zagranicznych aczkolwiek koniecznym jest wdrożenie stargetowanego i zaplanowego działania marketingowego.
