Przedmiotem projektu jest rozwój, wdrożenie i komercjalizacja innowacyjnej technologii ruchomej tylnej lotki - trymera - dla desek typu hydrofoil - sterowanej zdalnie. Hydrofoil stanowi przedłużenie deski surfingowej i jest zanurzony w wodzie. Konstrukcja sprawia, że deska unosi się nad powierzchnię wody, gdy surfer nabiera prędkości. Mechanizm działa na podobnej zasadzie co samolot i jego skrzydła generujące siłę nośną - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhHEefqSepI Propozycja wartości zostanie dostarczona poprzez stworzenie innowacyjnego produktu jakim jest ruchomy trymer umożliwiający zmianę kąta tylnej lotki. Elementy rozwiązania zostaną wkomponowane w istniejące na rynku modele hydrofoil'a. Trymer dostosowany do profesjonalistów umożliwi konfigurację sprzętu, bez potrzeby wyjścia na ląd, co pozwoli zawodnikom na przeznaczenie większej ilości siły i energii na wyścigi, zamiast na "walkę ze sprzętem" tj. ciągłe dostosowywanie go, co w końcu pozwoli im uzyskać lepsze osiągi sportowe i zapewni spokój ducha - zredukuje stres. Hydrofoil wymaga dużo czasu i praktyki by nauczyć się z niego korzystać w taki sposób, który sprawi przyjemność i będzie jednocześnie całkowicie bezpieczny. Dynamicznie regulowany trymer ograniczy możliwość wypadku - zwiększając jednocześnie bezpieczeństwo nauki. Technologię Trymera w przyszłości będzie można implementować w różnych innych rozwijających się obecnie rozwiązaniach takich jak rowery, skutery i inne niewielkie pojazdy wodne używające technologii hydrofoili.
