The objective of the project is consistent with the identified specific objective of Action 1.1 of the POPC programme, which is to eliminate territorial differences in high band broadband access. This project involves the construction and maintenance as a wholesale operator (Beneficiant – Access Network Operator further OSD) of the telecommunication infrastructure in FTTH P2P technology (continuity of fibre optic fibres from HP household through PE-Point of Flexibility to PA-Point of Agregation- to provide network services symmetrically on the client interface down to 1Gbit/s with the possibility of using symmetric flow rate of 30 M? 100Mbit/s and up the network from PA to the backbone nodes of the Lower Silesia Broadband Network on interfaces? 1Gbit/s and? 10Gbit/s) enabling broadband access services to be provided in areas where investment in this area has not been or has been insufficient. The infrastructure built under the project will allow additional farms to access networks with a capacity of at least 30 Mbps and cover public entities with a capacity exceeding 100 Mbps (FTTH P2P symmetrically 30 Mbit/s? capacity? 100Mbit/s). Thanks to the construction of a fibre optic network without passive signal division between the traffic aggregation node to the end customer, future retail users of the passive part of the network (end operator) have the conditions of access to the network with symmetrical bandwidth? 100Mbit/s. Topology of the FTTH P2P network, its high technical parameters and ways of providing services meet UKE requirements. The location of the project is the area designated by MAiC-id POPC01_020402. The target group of the project for the OSD Beneficiary is the Beneficiary Operators (hereinafter OK) who will be able to reach the HP end subscribers within the coverage area of FTTH P2P OSD through a fully open network managed and operated by the OSD. Wybudowana w ramach projektu infrastruktura umożliwi objęcie dodatkowych gospodarstw dostępem do sieci o przepustowości co najmniej 30 Mb/s i objęcie jednostek publicznych o przepustowości powyżej 100 Mb/s (FTTH P2P symetrycznie 30 Mbit/s ? przepustowość ? 100Mbit/s). Dzięki wybudowaniu sieci światłowodowej bez pasywnego podziału sygnału na odcinku od węzła agregacji ruchu do klienta końcowego, zapewniono przyszłym detalicznym użytkownikom części pasywnej sieci (Operatorowi Końcowemu) warunki dostępu do sieci z przepustowością symetrycznie ? 100Mbit/s. Topologia sieci FTTH P2P, jej wysokie parametry techniczne i sposoby świadczenia usług spełniają wymagania UKE.
